Little!Remus Teen!Virgil
Request by: Gothfoxx - Remus looses his stuffed animal and asks Virgil to help him find it. - Yeah...this one gets a little dark. Sorry. Not sure why a prompt about a missing toy made me want to add an angsty teenage Virgil. But I started writing and this is what came out. I’m actually not that sorry. I love this fic, and I don’t even know why. It’s not even that...good.😅
Notes:⚠️ Warning: ⚠️ Angst, some curse words, Anxiety attacks mentioned, lots of crying, possible trauma, past mistakes mentioned, a lot of self deprecating thoughts, teenage angst, passive aggressive Janus, Janus threatens something...not very nice (but makes up for it.) unsupervised regressors, fears of abandonment, fear of death, actual abandonment, darkness, monsters, and blood is also mentioned. Point is, I Torture Virgil a lot on this one. But... cuddles? 😅
-
Virgil wasn’t always great with kids. He had to be an adult and in his special caregiver mode to even try to handle being around the littles. He wasn’t bad with them outside of it. There was just something about that mindset to make Virgil care. He wasn’t sure what it was but it was...something.
Ughh. That’s so vague.
Virgil was currently stuck in a teen headspace. It’s just like regressing but to the mindset of a teenager. When in this mindset he had no interest in the littles or the caregivers. He had nothing against them but he just couldn’t stand the way caregivers would try to get him involved in stuff and watch over him like he wasn’t capable of doing anything himself. Or the way the littles were needy and affectionate. Luckily being in teen space was easy enough to hide. He just needed to listen to music and ignore everyone. That’s like one of his favorite things to do anyway.
He was just chilling on the couch listening to Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz. A personal favorite of his when in this state of mind when he heard a small: “Pssst.”
Virgil slowly took out an earpiece.
“Pssst, Virgil.”
Virgil looked around.
“Down here.”
Virgil looked behind the couch to see Remus. Obviously in a little headspace.
“What are you doing?” Virgil asked. Damn, he hoped that didn’t sound too mean.
“I have a very important mission. And I need your help.”
“What? What are you talking about?”he asked.
“I need to know if I can trust you.”
“You know you can’t,”he scoffs.
“Good enough for me, will you help?”
“I don’t know, you haven’t even told me what you-“
“Meet me in my room in two minutes!”he demands. “But be careful, my friend; For my sanity is currently resting in your hands,”he says before running away.
“Didn’t know you had any!”He shouted.
Now Virgil has two options here. He could:
A) Hide in his room until this mindset goes away and apologize to Remus later for being an ass.
Or
B) Pull himself together for two seconds and help Remus with...whatever it was.
He supposed he could’ve left to find a caregiver, but he didn’t want to have to explain why he couldn’t do this himself.
Remus wasn’t the worst when little. He wasn’t incredibly needy or affectionate so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad. Besides, he kinda owes him after leaving the dark sides and cursing him and Janus’s mere existence all these years later. He wasn’t still mad about that, right? ~~~~Later in Remus’s room~~~~
“I’ve brought you here today to help me with a super secret assignment. One of my dear friends is missing, I need your help to find him.”
“How old are you right now, Remus?”Virgil asked.
“Eight, how old are you?”
“Not important,”Virgil mumbled as he tried to hide his face under the hood of his jacket.
“He is very important to me, Virgil. I can’t sleep without him, and it’s almost naptime!”He gasped dramatically.
“You asked me over here, on a super secret mission to find a stuffed animal?”
“Lucifer isn’t just any stuffed animal! He’s the best most important stuffed animal ever to walk the planet!”
Virgil hesitates. “Stuffed animals can’t walk...”
“Fine, swim the planet then,”Remus rolled his eyes.
“What?”the teen asked.
“Lucifer is a dolphin!”Remus explained happily.
“You named your...never mind.”
“So you’ll help me?”
“Maybe you should ask Roman.”Virgil suggests.
“No!''He whines, pulling on Virgil's sleeve, “I want you to help me. You’re the vigilant!”
“That makes no sense.”
“Please?”
Virgil sighed, what would be worse, telling a caregiver that he was regressed or helping Remus find a stuffed animal?
“Alright. Where did you last see him?”Virgil asked.
Remus grabs Virgil's hand and leads him down the hall to a black door.
“He’s in there?”Virgil asked, standing right outside Remus’s mindscape.
Remus nods, “that’s where I saw’d him the last time.”
Virgil started to get nervous, “are you absolutely possessive you don’t want to just go find Roman?” He asked again, hoping Remus would just change his mind.
Remus nodded, “I’m sure.”
Virgil sighed, he needed to be the adult here. “Alright, let’s get this over with.”
Remus squealed In excitement. “Here we go!”
They went inside where it was all dark. Virgil was scared but refused to show it. Especially in front of Remus. He had to be an adult...even if he wasn’t one.
“Okay, so where would you have gone? Try retracing your steps.”
Remus nodded and walked further and further into the dark abyss.
“Wait!”Virgil shouts, “what if we get lost in here? Everything looks the same.”
“Don’t worry,”Remus says, “I know this place like the back of my rear.”
Virgil shook his head, “I don’t want to know.”
They had been looking for about twenty minutes when Virgil suddenly realized that Remus was nowhere to be seen. “Remus?”He asked. “Where are you?”
Suddenly he heard moaning and groaning behind him. He turned around and nothing was there. He sighed in relief, but then He turned back and he was suddenly attacked by a bunch of zombies.
Virgil froze, he was going to die in here.
Suddenly Remus came back and watched them terrorize Virgil. “Don’t worry, Vee! They only want to eat you!”
“Why would that make me feel better?!”Virgil shouted, tears in his eyes. “Just make them go away, please!”he begged.
“Ok ok,”He says rolling his eyes, he snapped the zombies away and Virgil didn’t get off the ground.
“You oki, vergie?”Remus asked, crouching down to him.
Virgil took a deep breath. He can’t have an attack, not now. He tried to pull himself together. “No, Remus. I’m sorry, but I’m- I’m freaking out, this place is...” ‘don’t curse, he’s a child, don’t curse, he’s a child.’ “Heck! We need to just- get out of here.”
“But we haven’t found Lucifer yet. They were just zombies.”
“Just?! Remus, this place is incredibly dangerous, I never should’ve come in here!”
“Yeah, I know,”he shrugged like it was nothing.
“You know?”Virgil asked.
“I mean, it’s always like this. It s’pose to be scary.”
“Remus, why? Why would you do that? Why would you ask me to help you, knowing full well it would be this bad?!”He yelled, “why didn’t you just get Roman like I asked you to?! Do you really hate me that much?!”
Remus didn’t answer right away, he sighed sadly, looking down, then at Virgil and then looked down again, “I don’ hate you, Vee...Is jus’ cuz...I miss you.”
Virgil has never felt worse of a person. “Remus-“
Remus ran away into the darkness before Virgil could say anything else.
“Remus, wait! Please I don’t...”
Virgil tried to run after him but lost his way.
Remus was gone...
“I don’t know how to get out of here...”Virgil says despite knowing Remus couldn’t hear him.
Virgil wandered the hell that was this mindscape until he finally found that stupid dolphin next to a blood soaked coffin. Virgil cried again, and this time it wasn’t because he was scared. Because he’d failed Remus...again. He was supposed to protect him, he was supposed to be his friend! Virgil held the stuffed animal in his arms, and despite being much too mature for it, Virgil hugged it tightly.
Virgil still hated himself and believed he deserved to be here. He was abandoned. Just like Virgil abandoned Remus.
Virgil has been walking through countless rooms full of intrusive horrors. Over and over. He panicked and ran for his life. Until finally it stopped. An overwhelming silence rushed over him in a dark nothingness. Virgil started to cry again when lo and behold. There it was.
The door.
~~~~Later~~~~
He found his way out of the mindscape at last. He flew the door open and was so relieved to see he was back home. He was exhausted, and overwhelmed with anxiety but still thought deep down he deserved this feeling.
He didn’t deserve love, He didn’t deserve to be home.
Why couldn’t he just do this one thing for Remus? This could’ve been his only chance to fix what he did.
To be his friend again...
But he didn’t deserve that chance. He didn’t deserve forgiveness.
He almost made it back to his own room when he ran into Roman. “Virgil, oh my gosh. Are you alright? What happened to you?”
Virgil rubbed his face and nodded, “have you seen Remus?”
“Oh. He’s with Janus. That doesn’t answer my question, Verge. What’s going on?”
“Remus was looking for this,”he held up Lucifer, Roman only humming in response. “He took me to his mindscape and I couldn’t find the way out.”
“Virgil...”Roman asks, “how old are you right now?”
Virgil sighs, pulling up the hood of his jacket.
“Virgil?”Roman asked, stricter this time.
“Fourteen...”Virgil mumbled.
“Why didn’t you tell us?”
“Because I don’t need a caregiver.” He says, “at least...I didn’t think I did,”tears started to pour down his face and he hated himself more, if that were even possible.
Roman wrapped his arms around him. “It’s alright, emo. It’ll be ok.”
Virgil nodded and gently pulled away. Not because he didn’t enjoy it, but because he didn’t deserve it. “Thanks.”
“So, just to get this gay. Remus asked you to help him find something in a dangerous mindscape and left you there?”Roman sounded angry, like he was about to go find Remus but Virgil stopped him: “It’s not his fault, I yelled at him.”
“What? Why would you do that?”
“I’m sorry! I’s...My fight or flight instincts just took over I guess, and...you know I’m not a fan of other people’s mindscapes, they’re too...unpredictable.”
“Especially Remus’s,”Roman nods.
Virgil nods too. He took a deep breath. “I need to apologize. Did you say he was with Janus?”
Roman nodded, “unfortunately, Janus is not going to like this. Do you want me to come with you? I can talk to him so you can talk to Remus alone.”
Virgil shrugged, “I don’t know. I think- I deserve what I get.”
“Virgil-“
“I left them, Roman. How do I come back from that?”He asked. “I fucked everything up- and don’t you dare tell me I didn’t!”
“Let me come with you, Virgil.” Roman asks, “please?”
Virgil nods, “alright. Fine.”
They walk over to Janus’ room and knock on the door. “Yes?”he answers.
“Can I talk to Remus?”Virgil asks.
“I don’t know...can you?”
Virgil did everything he could to not roll his eyes, “I’m here to apologize.”
Janus looks behind him, “well...alright. But if you hurt him again, I will suppress you for two weeks.”
“That’s fair,”Virgil says, biting his nails anxiously.
Roman disagreed but didn’t intervene yet.
Virgil walked in and over to Remus who turned his back on him.
He hands Remus Lucifer, and Remus snatches the dolphin and snuggles with it.
“I came to say I’m sorry.”Virgil says, “for what I said, for being so irresponsible, for treating you the way I have all these years...and mostly for leaving you two.”
Remus didn’t answer but Janus at least looked at him.
Tears started to make their way out. “I know I don’t deserve your forgiveness. I should be suppressed or locked away, it’s what I deserve. But I hope maybe one day you could maybe find a way to...”
Remus didn’t say anything, didn’t face him either.
Virgil nodded, “ok.” The tears are getting worse.
“Did you tell Virgil thank you for finding Lucifer?”Janus asked. He didn’t really look like he was in a forgiving mood either. Virgil just wanted to lock himself up in his room until the sun went away.
he didn’t deserve anything better.
Remus shook his head but before he could say anything Virgil interrupts, “he doesn’t have to. I should probably go.”
Roman offered Virgil a sympathetic smile as the teen walked closer to him.
“Vee?”Remus called.
“Yeah?”Virgil turned around.
Remus threw the dolphin across the room and ran to hug Virgil, “I’m so sorry I left you, Vee. Please be my friend again.”
Now Virgil was crying openly, holding onto Remus like he was never going to let him go.
~~~~Afterwards~~~~
Roman and Janus had a long conversation with Remus about taking people into any mindscape when either party is in any sort of age regression. Then they had a conversation with Virgil about what he was going through, the self-deprecating thoughts, the issues regarding Remus and Janus that still reside within him, and then the scary things that happened in the mindscape.
Janus reassured Virgil that all was forgiven, and that he was truly loved by every single side there, and that he didn’t deserve to be punished or feel guilty for living a better life if it made him happy. They hugged for about two minutes before Virgil realized it was too long. Then went ahead and hugged Roman too for good measure.
Janus and Roman then made both regressors some hot chocolate. Remus and Virgil then decide to spend the rest of the night together. They had some lost time to make up for.
They watched Steven universe in a blanket fort Virgil and Remus made together. (Mostly Virgil though) Virgil finally felt safe, he felt loved. And Remus made him feel like he was actually someone worth loving. Maybe the littles and caregivers weren’t so bad after all.
“Vee?”Remus asked.
“Yeah?”
“Do you love me?”He asked.
Virgil smiled, “I mean, yeah. Of course, Rem. Why?”
“Let’s fuse!”Remus shouts.
“Remus, what?!”Remus jumps while still inside the fort causing it to collapse on them both.
“Oops. Sorry.”
Virgil sighed, “it’s fine.” Virgil unfortunately had to explain to Remus that sides can’t fuse. But Roman encouraged the two of them to design a fictional fusion.
So Virgil got out a blank piece of paper and drew an outline for Remus to color it in with purple and green. It actually didn’t look half bad for an eight year old.
They were now ‘intruxity.’ No one can stop them now!
Except of course the caregivers who told them they had to put away their stuff and go to bed.Never underestimate the amazing power of the caregivers.
Notes: Teen!Virgil with little!Remus was surprisingly so fun to write! I’d like to write these two again. If anyone has any more requests with Virgil and Remus, I’d be more than willing. Maybe Virgil will be more...nurturing next time? Like an actual caregiver? Or maybe we’ll go even angstier? If that’s possible. Who knows. 😅 hopefully you liked it. Anyway I’m going to get back in my own fort and watch Steven universe. Byeeeeee!
{Chapter 8- Accidents and Bubble Baths}//Soft, Cute, and Far Smarter Than You (Sanders Sides Agere/CGLRE)
A/N: So basically- this chapter starts off by kicking off the romance part of the story, then skips to Logan regressing. It's one of the longer chapters of this story and I'm pretty proud of it. I hope you guys like it!
Warning for Logan having an accident (wetting himself) while small and wearing a pull-up.
--
"Are you doing okay, Lo?" Patton asked the man as he entered the kitchen from his spot at the table.
"Mhm." Logan nodded, pulling out a chair to sit next to him. "I have so much work to do, though." He groaned.
After a few days of remaining in his headspace following Halloween, Logan had a lot of work to catch up on. He had agreed to the break, and now he needed to make up for it.
Patton chuckled. "If you need anything, let me know. I'll be cutting you off at dinner time." He spoke in a teasing tone.
Logan laughed. "Patton, I'm better at managing my work now. I don't need you to drag me away from the computer because I'm not taking care of myself."
Logan used to slave away in his room, doing his work, working ahead, without any sort of breaks or self care. And then, when he decided that he was done, he'd regress all by himself, until he was forced to interact with the other sides or he had more work to do.
"Okay, okay! But you're eating dinner with the family. No exceptions."
Logan nodded slowly. "Are we the only ones up?"
Patton confirmed. "I'm basically everyone's alarm clock, so yeah. You're the only one that sometimes gets up before I make my rounds."
"Did you want any help with breakfast? Since I'm up, I mean..."
Patton's face broke out into a wide smile. "Of course! You up for pancakes?" He questioned, getting up from his seat and going over to the cabinets, rummaging around the kitchen and grabbing random things.
He'd run over and place them on the table, gathering the ingredients he'd need. "Guess I don't have a choice..." Logan rolled his eyes, before jumping in to help his friend.
They quickly go to work on setting up, Patton making the batter, and Logan making the pancakes.
"We should hang out more," Patton commented, rinsing out dishes in the sink as Logan busied himself with flipping pancakes.
Logan chuckled, seemingly confused. "We hang out all the time."
"That's with little you." Patton corrected. "And I love caring for you when you're regressed, really. But I still feel like you're kinda..sheltered? When you're big, I mean."
Logan frowned, using his spatula to flip the pancake onto its uncooked side. "You're right. I'm sorry, its just hard opening up, I guess. And we can hang out more, if you want." Logan paused his rambling to push down the pancake, listening to it sizzle. "While I'm big." He added.
"Sounds great, Lo. What would you want to do?" Patton asked in curiosity.
"We could catch a movie or go to a cafe," Logan suggested with a shrug. He realized right after the words came out of his mouth that those were two very date like ideas. He was glad that he was facing the stove and not Patton directly, because his face was quite red.
Logan suddenly remembered something Virgil had told him. About thinking that Patton had a crush on big him. He had refused to believe it then...
What about now?
"Sounds like a plan," Patton had a confident and perky smile on his face as he set whatever he had been cleaning on the counter, coming closer to him. "How about this weekend? If you aren't little or busy." He suggested.
"Y-yeah, sure." Logan nodded a bit, still blushing and stumbling over his words. It was so weird to him how his view on Patton shifted. Their relationship dynamic shifted depending on his headspace. Sometimes, Patton was the man who played with him and cuddled him. Others, he was the one who cooked him meals and told him what to do.
But most of the time, when he wasn't feeling like a little kid or teenager, Patton was a really cute sweetheart who made him all flustered. The fact that he was willing to give up so much time to take care of him just showed that he really cared, and that made Logan happy.
He scooped the pancake off the pan, setting it on a plate that had been sitting next to the counter. Patton was standing next to him now, able to get a clear view of his face. As Logan was distracted pouring batter into the pan, Patton got close to his ear and whispered out a few words. So quiet and quick that Logan wasn't even sure that they were real.
"It's a date."
Logan's eyes widened, the logical trait immediately turning to face the moral trait. Patton had backed away to the sink, pulling a face of confusion when he saw the others red face. "What's wrong, Lo?"
"N-nothing. I'm looking forward to this weekend." He muttered, biting his lip and facing the stove again. Patton smirked, humming a bit before returning to doing the dishes.
This weekend should be fun.
--
"Baby, it's time to wake up."
Logan heard Patton's soft voice as he was pulled out of sleep. After a day or two of working and managing to get everything done, he had woken up small. And it seems that his caregiver had been prepared for that.
"Daddy," Logan mumbled, rubbing at his eyes.
"Here, you need to see." Patton chuckled, helping him sit up and sliding his glasses onto his face. "That's better. How are you feeling?"
"Sweepy." Logan decided,blinking his eyes open and letting them adjust. He looked around the room, letting his eyes focus.
Patton seemed amused. "Yeah? Well, we'll just have to have a cuddly nap later, yeah?"
Logan quickly nodded, reaching out his arms. "Wan cuddles!" he pouted, making grabby hands to the carer.
Patton laughed again, pulling him into a hug and onto his lap. "Do we have a little fussy baby today?" he questioned teasingly. Logan shook his head as he pulled away from the embrace, settling in his lap.
"Just sleepy." he assured. Patton wrapped his arms around Logan's waist as he spoke.
"Well, I think you might wanna be more awake today. Your brother is little, but he's a little bigger than usual. Which means...." Patton trailed off, seeing if he could figure it out. Logan only tilted his head, blinking up at him. "He can play more! When he's to small to do certain things, you get bored because you can only do so much with him, right?"
Logan nodded. He felt panicky on the inside, but he tried not to express that. Logan felt so small right now, and now he was hearing that Virgil was bigger? Logan was supposed to be the big brother!
"Well, he's wide awake and he wants to play with his brother. It'll be fun," Patton smiled at him. "How old are you today? Vee said that he's five."
"Seven!" Logan lied, biting on his lip.
Patton didn't second guess it. A lot of the time, when Logan first woke up, he'd be a lot more childlike then he actually felt. He had no reason to believe that he wasn't just a sleepy seven year old, instead of a three year old trying to be 'grown up'.
"Alright, kiddo! Let's get you dressed for the day!"
--
Logan felt like he had to skip out on what he really wanted. Declining the offer for a pacifier, asking for a shirt and overalls instead of one of his onesies, doing everything to seem like he wasn't a baby.
He wore a light blue sweater with clouds on it, paired with black shortalls. "You look so cute, baby." Patton complimented.
Patton calling him 'baby' every two seconds didn't help. Logan didn't even know why he was lying. It made him feel guilty. But he also didn't like feeling so vulnerable. He needed to be bigger then Vee. He's the big brother.
The thing was, he acted very different as a three year old then when he was seven. Adjusting his behaviors to sell the act seemed impossible.
"Can I have Lilly?" Logan questioned, turning away from the mirror and looking back at his carer,who nodded.
"One elephant stuffie, coming right up," Patton joked, going over to his bed and grabbing the stuffed toy. He held it out to the little, causing Logan to smile. He hugged the elephant tightly, rocking on his feet.
"Are you feeling smaller then seven, sweetie?" Patton asked, looking him up and down. He was so much..softer seeming then he was when he was seven. Logan shook his head, only feeling a little bad for lying.
"Still just sleepy." he replied. Patton nodded softly, walking past him and opening the door. He let Logan walk through it, following him.
Patton should've picked up on the fact that he was lying a lot sooner. There were so many things off about how he was acting, and yet, Patton managed to come to a explanation besides 'he's lying to me' every single time.
First off, no matter how sleepy Logan was, he usually was full of energy after breakfast and a sippy cup of juice. He pointed this out to Roman while the boys watched cartoons together. "Logan is very sleepy today. He's acting...weird?" Patton sounded questioning of himself.
"Give him something sugary. If it's really just him being sleepy, he should be back to a hyper kiddo with enough sugar." Roman told him. "Have fun with the sugar high, though."
Patton chuckled in response.
"He likes pop when he's this old. I think I can make an exception to the normal rule."
--
"Here." Patton set a sippy cup full of some sugary soda in front of him on the coffee table
"Thought I could only have juice." Logan mumbled. He always asked for soda when he was a bigger kid, and Patton almost always said no. But when he was littler, he preferred milk and fruit juices. The bubbly feeling felt weird on his tongue and he didn't like it,
"Yeah, usually. But I know you're really sleepy today and I thought this might wake you up." Patton explained.
"Can I has milk?" Logan shook his head, pushing the cup away from him. He looked up at Patton with pouty eyes.
"Uh, yeah. Sure thing, sweetheart." Patton picked the cup back up, seemingly confused.
Logan almost wanted to admit to lying then and there. Patton treated him different based off of how old he was. If he admitted to being three, he'd probably be in Daddy's lap, being fed a bottle of warm milk. Logan reminded himself that he was lying, so even if he admitted his mistake, he'd probably be in trouble.
So Logan continued throughout the day, trying to act as big as he could. It was really hard being a seven year old. Bigger kid stuff was hard for someone that felt like a little baby.
There were so many instances where Patton should've caught him but didn't. So many instances where Logan had to lie again and again.
At one point, Virgil had asked to play video games. Sometimes, they'd play more kid-appropriate games together, with Logan showing him how it works. Instead, he fumbled with the controller. He sniffled when he couldn't figure out what button did what, becoming all the more frustrated with this situation.
"M-maybe this is a little overwhelming for Logan," Patton jumped in, taking the controller away from him the moment he saw his eyes gloss over. He pulled him out of his seat, hugging him. "The game's stupid anyway." he joked, trying to get him to smile.
Logan didn't though, simply pulling away and sitting back down in his previous spot. He picked up Lilly from next to him and hugged her tightly, facing his attention torwards the screen and watching Roman show Virgil the controls instead.
By then, Patton had a feeling he knew what was going on. There were so many other small things, and his behavior overall was a lot closer to a much younger age.
It wasn't until Patton found Logan in his bedroom, crying with a pair of wet shortalls on, that he finally put it together with certainty.
When Logan was as little as three, Patton made a point to remind him to go to the bathroom. Sometimes, he'd forget and hold it off as long as possible. But he hadn't actually had any accidents (to Patton's knowledge) until the reminders were gone.
When he was older, Patton didn't do as much to assure that there'd be no accidents. The older he was, the more capable of going to the bathroom himself he was.
Of course, when Logan lied about his age, things got confusing and he ended up here.
Patton was planning on pulling Logan to the side and talking to him about the day, to see if he was possibly right about the boy lying. When he noticed him, suddenly jump up and run off, he decided to wait until he got back. Except, he didn't come back for a while.
"I'm gonna go check on Logan." Patton told Roman, who quickly nodded.
"I was wondering where he went."
--
"Logan, baby? Are you in there?" Patton knocked on his bedroom door, hearing a whimper on the other side. Followed by a sniffle. Logan was crying.
"Baby, I'm coming in, okay?"
He didn't get a response. He opened the door, glad the boy hadn't locked it behind him. Logan was standing by his personal bathroom door, his shorts soaked with a little puddle under him. Patton snapped, getting rid of the puddle magically to avoid the mess on the carpet. Logan didn't even question his use of powers, going quiet as he waited for Patton's words.
Logan was crying, sobbing even, seemingly scared of what his caregiver would say. "Looks like you had a little accident. I think this calls for a bubble bath," he spoke softly, smiling a bit as he approached him. Logan seemed genuinely confused by his softness and sympathy.
"M' sorry, d-didn't mean to.." he mumbled.
"That's why I called it an accident, sweetheart." Patton said, cupping his face and wiping away his tears using his thumb. "Toddlers have them sometimes, baby."
"N-not a- Not a..." he stumbled over his words, babbling.
"Not a toddler? You're still gonna lie and try to say you're seven?" Patton questioned, raising his eyebrow, dropping his hand from his face. Logan looked down, blinking out a few tears and shaking his head.
"m' sowwy."
"Don't be, baby. I'm not mad at you, I just don't want you to lie to me. Especially not about something like that," he told him. Logan looked up at him, remaining silent. Patton continued, "I care for you differently depending on your age. It's why I always ask, I do whatever I can to make sure you're happy and healthy, but those needs and wants change."
Logan nodded a bit. He didn't try to say anything, knowing that he'd probably just mumble out another apology. "Why'd you pretend to be older, sweetheart? I'm not mad, I'm just wondering," Patton opened the bathroom door, taking Logan's hand to help him inside.
"Wanna be bigger then Vee." Logan admitted as Patton sat him down on the closed toilet seat.
"You don't always have to be the big brother. I know you like playing that role, but sometimes it's not easy to do that," Patton spoke in a reassuring tone. It told Logan that he wasn't mad, but what he said was probably right. "You're gonna be littler than him sometimes." Patton explained, leaning over the edge of the bath tub and putting the drain in.
"You want it like usual?" he asked. Logan usually liked warm water that was on the edge of steaming hot. Patton didn't know how it didn't burn him, but he liked it. Logan nodded, and Patton moved to twist the faucet on. "Is this your first accident?"
Logan looked down, shaking his head a bit. "Dis only happen when I'm this small- not this small a lot."
"Hmm. You've only been this little with me a few times. I wish you told me that this was a problem, baby," he felt the water, deciding that the temperature was acceptable before standing up and facing Logan.
"M' sorry. Thought you'd think it's weird," Logan let Patton unbuckle his shortalls, standing up and letting him slide them off.
"Accidents aren't weird. A lot of kids are still in the process of potty training by the time they're three. Virgil wears diapers or pull ups most of the time when he's little," Patton pointed out, tapping Logan's arm once the wet pants were set to the side. Logan lifted his arms, letting his caregiver pull his shirt over his head.
Logan blushed, biting on his lip. Patton threw the shirt into the same pile as the shortalls, before quickly moving to tickle Logan's bare sides. The boy giggled, pushing his hands away. "My point is," Patton removed his hands after a moment, his antics leaving a light smile on Logan's face. He continued, "You didn't need to hide this from me. I'd never get mad at you, or judge you for something like this. Can you promise not to keep things from me anymore? No lying about how old you feel, or hiding accidents."
Logan nodded quickly, holding out his pinky. He had felt bad about lying that day, and the accidents had been a long term secret. He had hoped he wouldn't of had to worry about that, since he had managed to get by with Patton's reminders the few times he did get this small.
Patton chuckled, wrapping his pinky around his and smiling. "Finish getting undressed while I put the bubbles in, okay?"
Logan nodded, waiting until Patton was facing away from him to pull off his wet underwear. He felt so gross. He stood there, chewing on his lip until Patton turned off the faucet, setting away to reveal a very bubbly bath. Logan took Patton's outstretched hand, letting him help him step into the tub.
For a moment, Patton let him settle into the water as he typed out a message on his phone, letting Roman know what happened. Then, he set it down and redirected his attention to his little boy.
Patton helped him wash his body, ticking him when his fingers ran over a part of him that was sensitive. Logan's worries seemed to wash away in the water. The idea that Patton was mad at him went away with Patton's constant reassurance and affection. The embarrassment from being so little faded as he splashed and played in the water.
"You keep playing while I go get you a new outfit, okay?"
Logan nodded a bit, currently distracted by the bright red cup in his hand. All he was doing was taking the plastic container and filling it with water, before dumping it out, but he was entertained by it.
Patton picked up his phone on the way out, closing the door behind him and seeing Roman at the door. "How is he?" he questioned.
"Okay, I think. I ran him a bubble bath and he's playing," Patton replied, going over to Logan's closet and pulling out a few things. He located his unicorn onesie. He usually didn't let Logan run around in it during the day, because the boy would be so upset if he spilt something on it, but he knew it would probably be the most comforting thing right now.
"I talked to him about hiding things from me. Told him that he doesn't always need to be bigger then Vee. I'm not getting onto him to much though, he feels bad and I think he just needs comfort right now." Patton admitted, going over to his dresser and pulling out his plain dark blue pacifier, setting it with the onesie.
"As long as he understands why he shouldn't do that, there's no need to be to stern on him." Roman nodded, entering the room and approaching Logan's bed. He set the item he was holding with the pile. "I'm pretty sure Logan and Virgil wear the same sizes in pull-ups. These ones are technically overnight ones, so they should hold a few accidents. I explained to Vee that Logan's a bit smaller than him right now already."
Patton nodded, smiling a bit. "I don't know how often these accidents happen, so I'm just going to have him wear one until he's bigger and I'll talk to him about it then. We should be down soon."
Roman nodded, leaving the room without another word.
"Hi, baby. You having fun in the water?" Patton opened the door, scaring Logan. Once he realized that it was just Patton, he nodded a bit. Patton seemed amused, shutting the door behind him and setting the pile of clothes in his hands down on the closed toilet. He had grabbed a towel from his closet on his way back into the bathroom, setting it with the clothes. Patton sat in front of the bath.
Logan slapped his hands on the surface of the water, causing it to splash. He giggled, bouncing in place. "Spwash!" he was so entertained by this.
"Maybe we shouldn't 'spwash' water on Daddy," Patton chuckled, wiping his face with his hand. Logan smiled, doing the splash motion again to see how Patton would react. Patton only shook his head with a playful sigh. "You're a silly baby. You know that?"
Logan blushed, sticking his tongue out before bursting into more giggles. "Hey, Little Scholar? How would you feel about wearing a pull up for today? Until you're bigger."
Logan frowned a bit, seemingly thinking. "Just so if you have another accident, there's no issue. This isn't a punishment, I just thought it would help." Patton rushed to explain, waiting for his reaction. Logan's face was red.
"Not a baby." he mumbled.
"But you are a very little toddler. Pull ups and diapers aren't exclusive to itty bitty babies." Logan still shook his head. Patton sighed, reaching over to the pile of clothes and picking up the pull up. "It has spaceships on it," Patton tried to sound convincing, "No one will see it either."
Logan seemed curious at the mention of 'spaceships', his eyes glancing over it as Patton held it up for him. "How about this...If you be a really good boy and do this for me, I'll let you wear your unicorn onesie." he bargained. He was gonna let him wear his unicorn onesie regardless, but Logan didn't have to know that.
Logan quickly nodded, agreeing on those terms. He wasn't against the idea of wearing the diaper, he was just embarrassed. But embarrassment could be overridden by a cute onesie.
"Thank you, Little Astronaut. I'm proud of you," Patton set the pull up back on the pile, before standing up and holding out his hand. Logan took it, stepping out of the bath. Patton helped him dry off, helping him step into the pull-up, which was surprisingly comfortable. Then, he zipped up the onesie for him, and gave him the pacifier.
"You ready to go downstairs? You can play with your brother, if you want."
Logan nodded a bit, letting Patton lead the way out of his room and down the stairs. The rest of the day was surely gonna be better than it's start.
Logan had gone from a sobbing mess trying to apologize to his caregiver, to a playful baby boy with just a bubble bath and some reassurance. Patton always made him feel so much better about himself. No matter how little he was, despite any accidents or temper tantrums. That's part of the reason why their relationship worked.
He knew how to adjust to taking care of him depending on his headspace and emotions, and was always willing to adjust if it'd make him more comfortable. He was always so understanding and soft with him, even when he broke the rules. He was the perfect caregiver for him
And, come Saturday, he'd find out if Patton would also make the perfect boyfriend.

Sad Baby on his Birthday
Sorry it's been so long I'm planning on writing more soon! I have a lot more motivation! I'll also be writing a part 2 to this later today!
Word count: 243
Tw/ fighting, crying, sad pat
Patton was alone in his room, everyone far too busy doing other stuff to pay attention to him.
Patton sobbed softly. He was small, far smaller than usual and his daddy and papa didn't even wanna help him. Or that's what he thought seeing as he couldn't find daddy or papa anywhere.
He heard shouting downstairs and tried to block out the already muffled shouts, but he heard one thing
"I hate you Remus" Roman yelled "that makes two of us bro!"
Patton sobbed louder, hearing footsteps approach his room. Roman and Remus walked into his room and gasped "baby what's wrong?"
Patton sobbed and made grabby hands for Remus. Remus quickly scooped him up, Patton kissing remus' cheek "ur mazin papa don say dat"
Remus shook his head "ok baby I won't, but do you wanna tell daddy and me why you were crying up here by yourself?"
That sparked fresh tears in Patton's eyes causing him to sob softly "y-you an-and dad-addy don w-wan me!"
Roman shook his head quickly "baby that's not true I promise" Roman said kissing Patton's forehead "baby we pinkie promise that's not true" Remus said softly
"Baby let's get you changed and then we can cuddle ok? Would that help?" Patton nodded, snuggling into Remus sadly.
Roman grabbed Patton's clothes and quickly changed him into it before they all layed down. "We love you baby boy" Remus and Roman said "ub oo 2 daddy an papa"
Once a year sick- an Roleslaying with Roman Age Regression Fanfic
Summary:“Hey, I’m really sorry about yesterday...” “What happened?” “I don’t really know, it’s the strangest thing: every year on my birthday I get sick.” “Sick?” “Yeah, I get all emotional and weak...I feel young. It’s weird, man.” “Sweetie, you don’t know?” “Don’t know what?”💜🖤SFW age Regression 💜🖤 Little!Youngblood CG!RomanYoungblood gets sick once a year, but is he really sick?
Roman wasn't supposed to be here, but he couldn't let his friend be alone on his birthday, even if he hates it.
"You hate your birthday? "Roman had asked him. "Why?"
"Not everyone likes being the center of attention, Roman, "He answers.
Which was fair enough, some people don't like crowds. But to spend a birthday completely alone without friends or even a little bit of family?! That seemed horrible.
"So, what do you do?"He asked.
"For what?"
"Your birthday. You're all alone with no family, I just-"
"It's none of your business," he shrugs, his tone neutral.
He always does that, always acts like anything personal wasn't important, even if it clearly was.
And when Roman expressed his concern to his own family, his aunt suggested they make a cake for him. His father on the other hand thought it would be best to leave Youngblood alone and respect his privacy...
So Roman and his aunt patty made the cake to take to Youngblood.
Youngblood had recently moved to the village in a small well-known Inn. He claimed he just didn't want to live in the woods anymore, but Roman wondered if maybe youngblood actually wanted to live there to live closer to him.
Roman walked into the inn and up the stairs to Youngblood's room. Though he knew it was wrong- he just had to make sure Youngblood really wanted to be alone today- he could change his mind? If not, he could just drop off the cake and leave. Simple.
"Hello? Youngblood are you home?" Roman asks. "I know you hate your birthday, and you don't want me here, but I just wanted to wish you a perfectly normal Tuesday and drop off this normal not birthday cake my aunt and I made for no reason at all. Do you like chocolate? You're not allergic or anything are yo-"
Something was wrong...
"...Youngblood? "Roman called.
He heard a whimper and the sound of someone crying.
"Youngblood?! Is everything ok?!"He shouts, running towards the other room.
'Ohnoohnoohnoohno please be ok!' Roman's mind was going a thousand miles per hour, what if his friend was seriously hurt? "Youngblood?!"he yelled louder, silently praying that he was ok.
He found Youngblood crying, hiding under a mountain of blankets and pillows in his room. "Youngblood, are you ok? What happened? "He asked, sitting on the floor next to his little tent.
Youngblood only whined softly in response.
Roman looked him over
Youngblood hid his face with his hands as if that would hide him completely from Roman.
How cute.
"Hey, it's ok. It's me, Roman. I'm your friend. I am not going to hurt you."
Youngblood un-hid his face but still didn't meet Roman's gaze.
"Can I touch you? "Roman asked.
Youngblood shrugged.
Roman moved his hand slowly to cup Youngblood's cheek, rubbing the side of it softly with his thumb. Youngblood flinched, but then leaned into the touch, craving more of his friend's comforting affection. When Romans hand moved away, he whined and starts to cry again as he tried to follow Roman's hand.
"Hey, hey. Whybie, you're ok. Come here." Roman held his arms open offering the little a hug, and Youngblood happily took it.
Roman tries not to smile when he realizes this is the first time he has ever really hugged his friend. "What's wrong, Whybie? Did something happen? Hmm?"
Youngblood didn't answer, only snuggles closer to Roman. He just wanted someone to hold him right now.
Roman held on, rubbing his back in a calm circular motion in order to soothe him.
"It's ok, Whybie. I'm here. You're ok."
Youngblood bit the tip of his thumb in attempt to comfort himself. And Roman honestly wasn't sure whether to tell him not to do that or let him be, that is until he found a pacifier sitting on the floor.
Perfect.
"Are you thirsty, bud? "Roman asks.
Youngblood nodded his head.
"Alright, let's see what you got, "Roman says. He puts the pacifier in his pocket as he starts to get up off the floor, moving Youngblood off his lap, youngblood whines and grabs Roman's shirt in attempt to cling onto him more.
"Whybie, I'm not strong enough to carry you, "Roman tries to explain. But Youngblood doesn't care, he doesn't want to move.
"How about if you hold my hand and follow me to the kitchen? "Roman suggests, "would that be, ok?"
Youngblood thinks about it, and finally grabs Roman's hand, allowing Roman to lead him to the kitchen.
"There we go, aren't you a good little elfling?"Roman coos.
Youngblood blushed a little as Roman helps him onto a chair.
Roman opens the fridge and pours a cup of juice for the youngling. "Here we go, bloodie,"he says.
Youngblood takes it and drinks without thinking twice about it, which was honestly kind of strange for him, Youngblood had always been cautious of everything, did this mean Youngblood actually trusted Roman? Or was this just a headspace thing?
"What do we say? "Roman asks.
"Tanks yu, Ro," Youngblood says.
"You're very welcome, elfling. Thank you for being so polite."
Roman rinsed off Youngblood's pacifier so that when he was done with his juice, he wouldn't have to put his thumb back in his mouth.
"Youngblood, do you know what today is? "Roman asked.
"Mmm, tooday?"He asked.
"Yes, it's Tuesday. But it's also someone's birthday. Whose birthday, is it?"
"Me? "Youngblood asked.
Roman gasped, "you're absolutely right! Good job, Whybie!"
Youngblood giggled and hid is face from Roman.
"Are you a shy baby? "Roman asked, teasingly.
"Mmmm,"Is the only sound he made as he hid himself more and more in his jacket.
Roman giggled. "That's ok, little one. Would you like me to make you something to eat?"
"ooup? "Youngblood asked.
"Soup, ok. What kind of soup?"
"Matto?"
"Tomato soup, I can do that. "
"An samitch?"
"Grilled cheese sandwich? "Roman asked.
Youngblood nodded.
Roman looked to see if Youngblood had both bread and cheese before he answered: "I can definitely do that."
Youngblood giggled happily.
Oh, how Roman loved to him happy. "Alright, why don't you go play and I'll tell you when it's done, yeah?"
"Mkay, ro,"he says before running up to his room.
'What a well behaved little, 'Roman thought to himself.
~~~~
After lunch Roman thought it would be a good time to re-introduce YB to his aunt's special chocolate cake.
"Would you like some cake, Whybie?"Roman asked.
Youngblood shrugged.
"Maybe just a little bit? "Roman suggests, "it is your birthday after all. You deserve a little treat."
"Mkay..."Youngblood mumbles.
Roman grabs a plastic spoon and takes a little bit of the cake from the pan, attempting to feed Youngblood himself-
But alas, Youngblood stops him.
"What's wrong? "Roman asked.
"Birfday cake? "Youngblood asks.
"Yes, it's your birthday cake. "Roman answers.
"But..."Youngblood sighs.
"What is it, elfling?"
"We need to sing first...right?"
"Is that so? "Roman asked.
"Mhm, the birfday song."
Roman offers a sympathetic smile. "I'm sorry, Whybie. I don't know the birthday song."
"Oh. C-can I sing it tho?"
"Of course, elfling. I love hearing you sing."
Youngblood smiles, blushing a little as he started to sing to himself: "Happy birfday to me, happy birfday to me, happy birfday to me-ee, happy birfday to me."
"That was beautiful, Whybie."Roman praised. Roman still doesn't quite understand the concept of singing, but Youngblood loves it so much, so every time he sang, Roman found it quite captivating. He couldn't help but smile every time.
Youngblood smiles and blushes a little. "Thanks."
"Is that an elfin tradition? "Roman asked.
"Tradiction?"Youngblood asked.
"Did your Parents sing that song to you? "Roman asked, rephrasing the question.
That seemed to trigger some sort of memory for Youngblood- and not a good one. He spaced out and stared at the wall for a good twenty seconds.
"Whybie?" Roman asked.
No answer.
"Youngblood?"
"I asked..."He explained, "but they always say'd no."
"Oh, Whybie. I'm so sorry."
"Yeah..."Youngblood stared at the wall again but not as long. He seemed to snap himself out of it on his own. "Cake now?" He asked.
"Yes, Whybie. We can most definitely have cake now." Roman takes a piece of cake and hands it to Youngblood. "Would you like me to feed you or can you do it?"
"I can do it, "he says.
"Good job, elfling. Let me know if you need anything."
Youngblood smiles and nods. Then he covers his face in attempt to hide the flushed smile on his face.
But Roman still noticed.
As Youngblood ate his cake, Roman ate a small piece too.
He never asked Youngblood about his parents...
Was that a mistake?
Should he have asked?!
Is or has Youngblood ever been truly, ok?
"Roman? "Youngblood asked.
"Yes, elfling?"
Youngblood stood up and walked over to Roman and hugged him. "You tired, youngling?" Roman asked.
Youngblood nodded.
"let's move to the couch then," he suggests.
youngblood nodded.
He's so cute, Roman can't help but smile. He grabbed Youngblood pacifier and handed it to him.
Youngblood mumbled a very quiet 'thank you' then followed Roman to the living area to snuggle.
Roman sat down first and gestured for Youngblood to sit next to him. He did, but snuggled up close, setting his head on Roman's shoulder.
"Will you sing to me, please?" Youngblood asked.
Roman holds onto youngblood, gently petting his head. "I'm afraid I'm not very good at it."
Youngblood has been giving Roman a few singing lessons but he's still very rusty.
"All singing is good singing," Youngblood says with a shrug.
It's so fascinating and strange to Roman how much Youngblood truly loves vocal cord vibrations.
"Alright." Roman cleared his throat. He starts to hum the simple 'Do-re-mi' Youngblood had taught him.
Youngblood closed his eyes and hummed along with him.
"I will protect you with my life, "Roman whispers, stroking Youngblood's head until he fell asleep.
~~~~~~~~
The next day Roman was helping out his father as promised. Since he completely neglected his chores yesterday- it was kinda fair to do a little extra today, right?
"Hey." Youngblood approached him while he was raking the leaves.
"Hey, Youngblood. What's going on? "Roman asked.
"Listen, I just wanted to apologize for yesterday..."
"You don't have to apologize, "Roman explains. "Would you like to talk about it?"
Youngblood sighed, honestly hoping that would be the end of the conversation. "Ok, sure. I guess..."
Roman sat down on the garden bench, and after a moment of hesitation, Youngblood joined him.
"What happened? "Roman asked.
Youngblood shrugged. "I don't really know, it's the strangest thing: every year on my birthday I get...sick."
"Sick? "Roman asks, wide eyed.
"Yeah, I get all emotional and weak... my head feels so fuzzy like I can't think straight. It's weird."
"Oh sweetie, do you not know? "Roman asks.
Youngblood was a little taken back by the nickname. "Know what?"
"About your regression."
"My...what? "Youngblood asks.
"When you regress to a younger headspace in order to escape certain stresses in your life?"
"No....no no no-tha-that's not what I do, Roman." He chuckles nervously.
"Then what is it? "Roman asks, calmly.
Youngblood thought about it for a second then got up from the bench.
"Roman, I only asked one thing of you-"
Roman stood up and began trying to reason with Youngblood. "I know, but listen-"
"And what was that?"
"Don't visit you on your birthday, "Roman sighs.
"Right, and what did you do?"
"Youngblood-"
Youngblood holds up a finger to silence Roman. "You came to my house with your aunt's weird-ass cake!"
"You hold your tongue! My aunt's cake is amazing! "Roman defends, "and it was chocolate, ok? Not burro!"
"You overstepped..."Youngblood said.
Roman sighs and takes a step back. "Yeah. I know, I know. And I'm sorry."
Youngblood scoffs. "No, you're not. You're not sorry. Because you always do this- I can't believe you would even think to-"
"Youngblood, I realize it was wrong, but you know what? In some ways, you're absolutely right. I'm not really that sorry! "Roman shouted.
Youngblood stopped talking to let Roman finish, he has never raised his voice like that at him before.
"I'm sorry that I betrayed your trust, but you needed someone to be there with you, bloody. The Youngblood I saw in there was not the brave, cunning, beautifully skilled and independent elf I know. But a scared little elfling who just needed a hug- and I was not going to leave you there helpless and scared. I'm not sorry that I was there for you."
Youngblood held his arms with his hands in attempt to comfort himself.
"Whybie?" Roman asked.
A familiar scared expression fell upon Youngblood's face. "Thanks for your help, Roman. I do appreciate it..."
"You know I'll always be here for you, right? "Roman asked.
"But you don't have to-"
"I want to. You've always been there for me. You knew I needed help with the robbery fiasco, and you helped. I didn't have to ask twice. Now you don't either."
Youngblood took a deep breath.
"Is it really only once a year? "Roman asked.
"It's the only time of year I can't really control it..."
"Did you really think it was a sickness?"
"Are you telling me it's not?"
"Yes, Youngblood. It's most definitely not a sickness."
"Roman, normal elves don't-"
"I don't care what normal elves or what normal people do, "Roman explains. "I care about you. Don't you understand that?"
Youngblood licked his lips and sighed. "Okay, "he mumbles. There was no point in arguing with Roman, he cares too much.
"Youngblood?"Roman asked.
"Yes? "He grumbles.
"If you feel the need to be little again, even if it's not your birthday...and if you need someone to be there for you. Don't hesitate to ask me, ok? I'll be there, happily so."
"I won't need it..."he insists. Youngblood starts to walk away but pauses, "thanks."
Roman smiles, and Youngblood smiles back.
Everything was going to be okay... But that doesn't mean Roman was going to stop worrying.
"See you tomorrow? "Roman asked.
Youngblood sighed, "yeah."
He'll never stop worrying, so he'll always be there.
Notes:Random thought came to my mind while reading a post on tumblr that mentioned regressors who only regress once or twice a year, and I was in the mood for an angsty!little cuddle fic!I’m kinda obsessed with RWR (Roleslaying with Roman) Rn, so the idea of RWR Age regression fics really intrigue me. Staying Quiet, Going Little- Agere!AU (part 39)
A/N: Little Remus.
that's all you need to know.
also though, I was thinking I could start doing more shippy/romantic stuff when the sides aren't regressed? like since the beginning of this, logicality and prinxiety have been a part of this story but I don't really talk about their relationships outside of regression?? so lmk how you feel about that.
--
The next morning, after the whole situation with Little Patton throwing a fit, the other four sides came over. Virgil and Roman invited the two dark sides to come over for the day just as they were getting ready to leave.
Roman ended up sleeping in Virgil's old room with him, while Janus and Remus eventually went back down to their own rooms before falling asleep. They entered the house the next morning, absolute silence filling the house. Logan was usually awake by now, either making breakfast for little Patton, or big Patton making breakfast for him.
But, neither of them were in the commons or the kitchen. "What if they dieddd?" Remus joked, in his usual intrusive manner.
"They didn't die, you disturbing rat. They're probably in one of their rooms," Roman rolled his eyes, shoving his brother to the side uselessly and going towards the entrance of the hallway.
"Roman, there was no reason to insult or push your brother." Virgil spoke, giving him a look. It almost felt the same as when he scolded him while little. Roman rolled his eyes.
"You have no authority over me when I'm not mentally seven. I can do whatever I want," he entered the hallway and left before Virgil could say anything else. Virgil rolled his eyes, following Janus as he lead the other two to the hallway as well. You could hear Roman's audible 'awe' as he stood at Logan's bedroom doorway.
Looking in, you could see Patton sitting upright, with his back against the headboard next to Logan. Logan had his arm loosely wrapped around his shoulders. Patton wore a pale blue onesie, and he held his rattle. He had a pacifier sitting in his mouth, and he looked very peaceful. Logan was giving Patton his usual endearing and caring look, and the whole sight was precious.
"What color is that, baby? Are you big enough to say it?" Logan urged, pointing to part of the page in the book Patton held in his lap. Patton looked at it, trying his hardest to pronounce the word.
"Ello!" he squeaked.
"Good job, baby! You're so smart," Logan kissed his forehead softly, before preparing to continue on. Patton excitedly shook his rattle, giggling. "Does that make you happy, little one?" Logan gave a soft chuckle. Patton had reacted well to the praise, excited and happy that his Papa was proud of him.
Patton gave a quick nod, and Logan smiled at him again. "Papa, Papa!" when Patton spoke outloud, his statements always sounded closer to babbles then whatever he was actually trying to say, but Logan understood this one because of Patton pointing towards the door.
"Oh, hey." Logan spoke softly, obviously just a bit embarrassed that all the others had seen that. It's not like they didn't know that he constantly gave Patton a lot of affection, but it was still weird because he had thought no one was watching him.
"Hey, Logan. We ended up staying the night at the tower, and we invited Jan and Remus over for the day, so we just wanted to let you guys know." Virgil gave a soft smile to Patton, who leaned into Logan's side more. He seemed a bit shyer, but not to much.
"Alright, I'll bring Patton out there in a bit. I'll probably make dinner tonight, because our designated cook happens to be a baby right now," Logan explained, patting Patton's head softly.
Before the other four left the bedroom door, Janus gave a little soft wave to Patton, who tried to wave back but ended up shaking his rattle instead. Janus chuckled, going into the kitchen with Virgil, while the twins occupied the commons.
Roman tapped away on his phone for a bit, while Remus kinda sat, sulking a bit. He almost looked disappointed, or maybe anxious? Roman couldn't quite tell, but whatever it was, his brother definitely wasn't happy. "Hey, what's up? Are you okay?"
Remus seemed to snap out of a trance, his eyes priorly focusing on a white sippy cup that was left on the table. He seemed to not even realize what he had been looking at, lost in thought. "Oh, what did you say?" he asked Roman to repeat himself. Roman went to do so, but Remus seemed to process what he had said and replied.
"Oh! Yeah, I'm fine. Why?" Remus asked, feigning a confused look. Pretending his far-off glance and distressed look gave Roman nothing to worry about.
"You just seemed...I don't know, like anxious about something? You're always talking and saying what's on your mind, but you just went quiet and seemed stressed out." Roman explained softly, looking at him in a still-concerned way. Remus seemed to have been tense, he tried his best to relax, and let himself lean back into the couch cushions.
"I'm okay, Ro. Promise," It was a painfully bad lie, and Remus cringed at his own words.
"Talk to me, Re." Roman was being serious, coming closer to him so that he didn't have to talk to loud. No one else would have to hear him.
Remus sighed, looking up at him. His eyes had been casted downwards priorly. "I just don't wanna have to be quiet all day. Patton is little, and I'm not supposed to say anything weird around the littles but I don't think you guys understand how hard that is-" his talking speed up, and his voice seemed panicky. Not quite comparable to Virgil when he had panic attacks, but comparable to Roman's rushed and teary-eyed apologies when he felt guilty while little. He took a deep breath, and Roman spoke before he got the chance to continue his rambling.
"Hey, calm down. You're okay, I promise," Roman instructed. Remus paused, nodding and taking a few slow, calming breaths. "Now, I know that it's hard to filter your thoughts out so that whatever you say is acceptable around littles, but no one is gonna get mad at you if you do mess up, okay?" Roman tried to be reassuring. The only times he really had to comfort someone was when Virgil was either having a panic attack (which resulted in regression most of the time), or when Virgil was little and upset. So he tried his best not to speak like he would to a toddler, but that's all he knows.
"Last time I just gave up and stayed quiet until we left. That's what I do every time, I ask you to go somewhere else with me, or I stay silent the whole time. I don't like being quiet." He whined at the end of his statement, seemingly working himself up over something that hadn't even happened yet.
One thing Roman knew, something him and Remus shared, they didn't like being quiet. Unless they were doing something where they were voluntarily quiet, not speaking their mind was something that was hard for them. They were both creativity, they constantly had thoughts and ideas running through their heads, and their purpose is to share them.
"How about we go somewhere else? We can always go make a new building or something somewhere in the imagination. You can be as loud as you want, and you don't have to worry about anything." Roman offered, Remus shaking his head.
"Is okay." he mumbled, startled when Logan and Patton entered the commons. He whimpered a bit, sinking into the couch behind him. Roman definitely seemed suspicious of this, not in a judgmental way, but in a curious way.
"Hello, Roman and Remus." Logan greeted, sitting down next to Patton's play mat. Patton clumsily sat on it, setting his rattle down. He still had his pacifier in his mouth, and he still looked very, very small. The only difference between Patton's voluntary regressions (When Logan babied him, or when Patton triggers the headspace himself), and his involuntary ones (When he gets to stressed, or suddenly falls into the headspace), is that he can pull himself out of the voluntary ones at any point. He woke up little the day prior, and voluntarily regressed again because Logan was still in caregiver mode.
Roman greeted him back, while Remus gave a soft wave rather then a verbal reply. "Remus, are you okay?" Roman asked again. Remus shrugged a bit, starting to twirl his white piece of hair between his fingers. "That's not a real answer, Re."
"I'm fine, Ro." Remus replied in a slightly high-pitched voice. He was acting like the other sides did when they were close to regressing. That in-between state of slight shyness, not knowing whether they should let themselves regress or not, all while just wanting someone to hand them little gear and give them cuddles.
Remus, personally, felt really, really off. His head felt fuzzy, like he couldn't think straight. Every thought he had was childlike and weird. Where was the gross thoughts about murder and death?
"Remus, are you alright?" Logan hadn't been paying attention to their conversation, playing with Patton. He had glanced up, and he saw the boy closing in on himself, almost hugging himself.
Remus didn't reply, looking at Patton. He didn't wanna be quiet, but he did care about Patton. And he knew saying weird things would upset him, even if Patton didn't fully understand what he was talking about. "Hey, Remus. Are you verbal currently?" Logan asked, Patton now looking concerned. He seemed to be thinking, mentally backing himself out of his baby mindset.
Remus looked confused, looking down at his lap with a childish innocence. At some point within the last few moments, Virgil and Janus exited the kitchen and stood in the doorway, watching the situation from where Remus couldn't see them.
Remus replied after a moment, "I can talk." His voice was pretty level, but it seemed like he was forcing it a bit. Like he was forcing himself to talk in a "big voice".
"Okay, are you regressing?" Logan asked blatantly, waiting for a response. Remus curled in on himself again, bringing his thumb to his lip without responding at first.
"Think so..." he mumbled eventually, to were only Roman could hear him clearly.
"I'm gonna go get changed," Patton said suddenly, standing up and going to leave.
"Wait, you're big now?" Logan asked. Patton nodded before replying.
"Take care of Remus, I'll be back."
It was shocking how quick Patton could back himself out of his headspace in favor of helping Remus. Of course, he had been voluntarily regressed, but even then, he usually never forces himself out of headspace for anything. But right now, Logan didn't comment on it in favor of making sure Remus was all right.
"How old do you feel, bubba?" Roman questioned, Janus and Virgil now standing behind the couch. They gave each other a glance. Janus had mentioned the possibility of Remus, along with the other unknown dark sides, being regressors. And now, it was happening.
"Five?" he seemed questioning of his own statement, and just overwhelmed in general.
"That's okay, how about we get you dressed in something more kidlike? You can take anything from my closet," Roman offered, moving to stand up and reaching his hand out to help his, now little, brother up. Remus nodded in agreement, taking his hand and standing up.
"Hey, buddy. Are you hungry?" Logan asked before they left. Remus thought for a moment before nodding a bit. He was surprisingly quiet. Whenever anyone considered the possibility of Remus regressing, they pictured a hyper and fairly-bratty kiddospace little who doesn't like rules. Not an obedient, quiet, and somewhat shy five year old.
"Let Roman help you get dressed, and I'll have a snack ready for you when you get back, alright bubba?" Logan spoke softly, to the boy, who nodded a bit while chewing on his thumb. Roman softly guided him into the hallway, and the rest of the sides could hear Roman's door shut behind him. Within a few seconds, Patton came out of the hallway, dressed in his normal attire.
"So Remus is a regressor. Only slightly surprising," Logan commented.
"That makes all of us...kinda," Virgil replied, pausing and rethinking his statement halfway through.
"I mean, we don't know about the neutral sides. And the unknowns too, who knows for sure." Janus pointed out.
"We should start talking to the neutral sides, why don't we?" Patton looked to Logan, as if he'd know.
"The same reason we didn't talk to Janus or Remus, we don't know them and there's a risk that we wont get along." Logan reasoned, the other three nodding.
"Well," Logan spoke again after a few moments of silence, "I'm gonna go make the little duke a snack."
Patton nodded, giving Logan a small smile. Logan returned it before turning and disappearing into the kitchen.
"He's...quiet. You think that he's gonna stay like that, or is he just shy because this is his first time regressing?" Janus asked, looking at Patton, who shrugged.
"I don't know. I hope he's not as bratty as Roman." Virgil joked.
They kept talking for a bit until Roman stood in the entrance of the hallway, Remus hiding behind the wall where they couldn't see him. "And I present, the lovely, adorable, and kiddish..... Baby Remus!" he dramatically said, Remus giggling and coming out from behind the wall.
Patton started clapping playfully, which Virgil and Janus joined in on, causing Remus to smile and blush a bit. He was wearing a white shirt, with dark green overalls. His hair was messy, and the white streak fell over his eyes a bit with the rest of his bangs. Roman had helped his take of his makeup, and somehow, his mustache looked cute and fit perfectly with the kidish aesthetic his outfit pulled together.
"Awe, look at you! You're cute, aren't you?" Janus said. Remus nodded.
"Just cute, no scary." he confirmed.
"No scary?" Virgil repeated teasingly. Remus nodded.
"No scary." he repeated again in confirmation. Virgil seemed to hold an identical smile to Janus's endearing one, but neither got to respond because Remus was distracted by Logan bringing in a plate with snacks for him.
"Okay, you have to eat all the grapes before you can have the cookie, alright bud?" Logan asked, sitting the kiddy plate on the coffee table, Remus immediately sitting in front of the couch on the floor so that he could easily reach it.
"Okay, thank yous." he mumbled, before immediately shoving multiple grapes into his mouth.
"Make sure to chew your food, okay bubba?" Roman sat behind him, hoping he'd take his words into account. Remus nodded a bit.
Virgil took the remote and opened Disney+, looking for something Remus was sure to love. He pointed at the screen randomly while Virgil was scrolling through the movies. Virgil paused, and Remus shook his head. Virgil went back one, landing on "Lilo and Stitch". Remus looked behind him with a pleading pout.
"Okay, okay, no need to pout. I'll play it!" he laughed, and Remus looked back towards the screen as Virgil played it.
They'd talk about this later, work out what Remus's headspace range was, who'd care for him when he regressed. But all of that was for later. For now, they were going to watch a simple childrens movie and hopefully get to know Little Remus.
Now that the six of them were all confirmed regressors, you'd think that that'd be the end of the story. But there was definitely more to come.
Thing would change for them real soon, a lot more then they could ever predict.

Everyone was hanging out in the living room and chatting. Remus gently shoved his brother while smiling.
Roman gasped and dramatically collapsed to the floor. "I've died! I'm dead!" Remus gasped and poked Roman with his foot "wake uppppp"
Roman stayed still on the floor. Remus whined and layed on top of Roman while sobbing. Roman wrapped his arms around Remus "shhh it's okay baby"
Remus cooed softly "daddy otay?" He said softly "daddy is okay baby boy"
Janus walked over to Logan and whispered in his ear. Logan smiled and picked up Janus before sitting down next to Roman and Remus.
Remus looked over at Janus and gasped before pulling him into him "a baby?! Daddy it's a baby?!!"
Roman and Logan laughed "that's right baby, Janus is your little snake sibling"
Remus happily kissed janus' cheek and giggled "my baby!"
Janus cooed softly and snuggled into Remus. "Okay babies daddy and papa need to change you into something more comfy, yeah?" Logan said scooping Janus back up
Roman smiled and picked up Remus "how does that sound little rat?" Remus giggled happily and nodded.
Roman and Logan carried their babies to their nursery. Roman layed Remus down on the changing table "okay baby what do you wanna wear?"
"Wan wear dwess! Peassss???" Roman chuckled "of course honey, how old are you?" Roman asked grabbing remus' favorite dress "m 4 daddy!"
Roman nodded and grabbed a pull up, which Remus whined at "I know baby but it's for just in case" Roman said, changing Remus before picking him up.
"Your turn baby snake" Logan said laying janus down where Remus used to be "what do you wanna wear little one?" Janus babbled and pointed to his snake onesie.
Logan smiled and also grabbed a diaper, picking Janus up once he was done. "Okay! Time for dinner!" Roman said, carrying Remus downstairs, Logan and Janus following them.
"What do you wanna eat baby?" Roman asked sitting Remus on the counter. "Wan mac n cheese!" Roman chuckled and got out the box Mac and cheese "okay kiddo"
"I'll make drinks," Logan said, grabbing a bottle and a sippy cup. "What do you wanna drink Remus?"
Remus kicked his legs and smiled "juice peas!" Logan nodded and grabbed the juice and milk, sitting Janus next to Remus "protect your baby brother okay little duke?"
Remus nodded and immediately held onto Janus "my baby brother!" Logan and Roman smiled fondly, finishing their respective tasks.
"Dinner!!!" Remus said excitedly "that's right little octopus!" Roman said picking Remus up and carrying him to the table, Logan doing the same with Janus.
They sat the two in highchairs before giving them both bowls of macaroni. Remus happily ate his macaroni. Janus just stared at his.
Logan chuckled and fed Janus "there you go little snake" Janus happily ate his macaroni.
Remus quickly finished and made rabby hands at Roman. Roman scooped up Remus, Remus yawning in Romans hold. "Aw is it my little duke's bedtime?"
Remus nodded, tired from the day he had. "Okay kiddo let's go upstairs and get you changed"
Logan smiled at them before scooping up Janus and feeding him his bottle. "Are you tired too little baby?" Janus just yawned in response.
Logan chuckled "okay baby let's go put you to bed" Logan said carrying Janus upstairs and laying in bed with them. Roman and Remus walked in and joined. "Nini daddys" Remus said softly "night night baby" Roman and Logan said in response.

Remus was hanging out downstairs while his boyfriend and brother were filming their video with Thomas.
He looked up and smiled when he saw that Virgil's eye shadow was a purple color. "Hi baby, I can see you're excited!"
Virgil giggled and sat in remus' lap. "Mhm! M help tommy an daddy!! Daddy called me brave!"
"Oh he did? Well your daddy is right! You're the most brave little baby ever!"
Roman walked in and smiled when he saw his brother and boyfriend. "Is papa getting all the cuddles?"
Virgil gasped "daddy!!! Papa called m brave too!!" Virgil said, making grabby hands at his daddy.
Roman chuckled and scooped up Virgil "oh he did? Well that's very nice of him to say! Now, I think your papa and I have a baby who needs to be changed. Isn't that right rem?"
"I think so Ro, I think our baby needs to get into some comfy clothes!" Remus said, leading the two to Virgil's little space room.
"Daddyyyyy, papaaaaa, m not a babyyyyy" Virgil said, pouting at the two of them.
"Oh really? Well how old is our not baby?" Remus said opening the door for Virgil and Roman
"M five! Very big kid!" Roman chuckled and sat on the bed with Virgil in his lap "wow baby! You're very big! Does our big boy wanna pick out his own clothes?"
Virgil nodded excitedly and ran over to his closet. He looked around a bit before pulling out a nightmare before Christmas shirt and a purple skirt. He also grabbed a pair of red and green socks "m wanna wear this!"
Remus and Roman awed at Virgil "okay baby boy, let's get you changed! Do you need help honey?"
"Uh uh m big boy!" Virgil said rushing to the bathroom. "He's so cute, isn't he ro?"
"He really is. I'm glad he's so excited too! I think this is the first time I've seen him with purple eyeshadow before he was fully regressed"
"I know! Whatever y'all did to make him so happy I'm really proud of" Remus said hugging Roman "speaking of, you know I'm proud of you Ro, right? I hear a lot of what you say about yourself and you don't deserve it."
Roman blushed and teared up "thanks rem, I really needed to hear that."
Virgil came running back into the room smiling at the two excitedly. "Lookie daddy and papa! Lookie at m skirt!" He said twirling around
"We see that little emo," Roman said scooping Virgil's up and twirling the boy around some more.
Remus smiled at them "how about we go get our little emo something to eat?"
"Mhm!! I wan sghetti peas???" Virgil said wiggling in excitement "of course little glitter spec, papa rem will make that for you! We all know he's better at cooking than I am anyways"
Remus laughed a bit at that "it's true! Daddy ro has burnt cereal before" Virgil giggled knowing it was true "daddy? Does burnt cereal taste goods?"
Roman let out an indignant gasp causing Virgil and Remus to laugh "for your information little emo it didn't in fact taste good"
Roman sat Virgil on the counter as Remus started grabbing things for dinner. Virgil happily kicked his feet.
Remus smiled and looked at Roman "hey, bub c'mere please?" Roman nodded and walked over to Remus
"Don't think I didn't notice that you also slipped while filming. Just because you weren't regressing to baby ages doesn't mean you weren't regressing. Now bub, mind telling me how old you really are?"
Roman huffed, his mood immediately changing to make him feel a lot more sassy "why do you care old man?"
"Ah I see I'm guessing you're in teenager ages? How old? 13? 14?" Remus said ruffling Romans hair
"I'm fifteen! Get it right you old fart! And leave my precious hair alone!" Roman said, quickly fixing his hair.
"No no Roman, I don't care how old you are, you still need to be polite or it's time out. Or even grounding. You understand?"
Roman groaned "Take a joke old man" Roman said pouting "Okay well either you agree to be nice or you can go wait for dinner in time out. Which do you want, kid?"
"I guess I will be nice to you," Roman said before hopping up on the counter next to Virgil. "Roman bud, do you wanna go get changed before dinner?"
"Sure dad, as long as I don't have to wear a… a stupid skirt like Virgil" Roman said crossing his arms
"Roman! Nuh uh, we don't insult Virgil mister. Especially seeing as he is younger than you. Corner now" Remus said snapping his fingers and pointing at the chair in the corner
Virgil was sobbing at this point, he really liked his skirt but his big Bubba said it was stupid. Remus scooped up Virgil and started patting his bum gently "it's okay baby boy, Roman is just moody. I think your skirt is very handsome"
Virgil sniffled sadly "w-weally?" Remus nodded and rubbed Virgil's back "really honey! Now, why don't you go play in the living room until dinner is done, okay?"
Remus gently sat Virgil down on the ground and smiled as the boy scurried off. "Now, Roman why did you say that?"
Roman looked away from Remus, ashamed of himself. Remus sighed and sat down in a chair in front of Roman "what's wrong Bubba? You're normally never that mean to Virgil, especially when he's regressed and younger than you"
"I- I'm sorry dad" Roman said crying a bit "I bet you are Roman, I'm not mad at you but you can't say those things to Virgil. He's sensitive to people saying harsh things to him"
Roman nodded "I… I only said that because…" Roman said mumbling the rest. "What was that bud?"
"I wanna wear a skirt too!" Roman said quickly "oh Roman, buddy, you can wear a skirt too. Just next time don't insult Virgil please?"
Roman nodded "of course dad I won't do it again" Remus smiled "I know you won't, now go on and get dressed while I finish making dinner"
Roman happily scurried upstairs to get dressed. Remus watched him fondly before going to finish making dinner.
Remus quickly finished making dinner "okay kiddos! Dinners ready!"
Virgil and Roman hurried into the kitchen. Remus chuckled and smiled at them "you can both take a seat at the table I'll bring your food"
Roman smiled and picked up Virgil, carrying him over to the table before sitting them both down. Remus watched fondly before sitting down the boys plates in front of them. "What do you two want to drink?"
"Can I have water dad?" Roman asked politely "of course kiddo, what about you honey?"
"Juice! P'eas??" Virgil said rocking in his seat "of course hun!"
Remus grabbed Roman a water bottle and filled up Virgil's sippy cup with juice "Roman catch!" Remus said throwing it to Roman, knowing he liked being able to catch it. Roman smiled when he caught it "I caught it dad!"
"Good job bud!" Remus said grabbing water for himself before handing Virgil his sippy cup. "Thankie papa!"
"Of course bud" Remus said, grabbing his plate before sitting at the table with them.
"I love you kiddos," Remus said, taking a bite of his food. "Love you too dad!" Roman said also eating some of his food "lovie papa!!" Virgil said carefully, eating some of his spaghetti.
Remus smiled fondly as he ate his spaghetti. "Papaaaaa!" Remus looked up "Virgillllll, what's up hon?"
"M doneeeeee!!" Virgil said, holding out his messy hands. Remus chuckled "okay kiddo, you need to wash your hands and face off before you can go play"
Virgil whined. Roman smirked and laughed a bit. "Oh, is the big bad teenager laughing? Does he want to shower first?" Roman pouted.
Remus smiled "okay kiddo, let's go get you washed off" Remus said picking Virgil up and carrying him over to the sink. "Okay wash your hands now bud"
Virgil giggled and started washing off his hands. Remus grabbed a wet paper towel and wiped off Virgil's face. Virgil whined and tried to turn away. "Uh uh, kiddo I need to wash off your face"
Virgil whined even more. Roman laughed from the table "why are you whining? Nothings wrong!"
"Roman be nice! He's just a baby you need to be nice" Virgil finished washing his hands and cuddled into Remus. Roman sighed "fineeee"
Remus smiled "okay Roman are you done eating?" Remus asked, picking Virgil up. "Yeah I'm done dad" Roman said, picking up the plates and carrying them to the sink.
"Alright bud, go get a shower then. It's almost bedtime" Roman whined "daaaad, I'm not a baby! I don't wanna go to bedddd"
"Not a baby you say? Roman go get a shower. You don't have to go to bed yet but you should go get ready" Remus said, bouncing Virgil in his arms gently.
"Fiiiine, I'll go get a quick shower" Roman said running off to get his shower.
"Okay Vee, baby, let's go pick out your pj's" Remus said carrying Virgil up to his room, walking over to Virgil's closet "what do you wanna wear baby?"
Virgil pointed at his Halloween pajamas. They were his favorite because they had pumpkins and bats and spider webs on them! And they were purple! His favorite color!
"Okay baby, let's go get you a nice bath then you can get all comfy in your jammies" Remus said carrying Virgil into his bathroom.
"Do you want bubbles hun?" Remus sat Virgil on the toilet lid and turned on the bath "Bubbles! Bubbles! Bubbles!!"
Remus laughed a bit "of course kiddo" Remus said adding some bubbles "okay honey time to get undressed and in the bath"
Virgil nodded and got undressed before getting into the bath. Remus smiled and sat a couple of Virgil's bath toys in the bath with him.
Virgil happily played with his toys while Remus washed him off. "Okay baby, we're all done! Do you wanna get out of the bath now?"
"Mhm! P'eas?? M wanna wear m jammies!!" Virgil said trying to get out of the bath "woah kiddo be careful" Remus said grabbing Virgil's towel
"Okay kiddo c'mere" Remus said, picking Virgil up and wrapping the boy in his towel. Virgil happily cuddled into Remus as he was carried back to his room.
"Do you need help getting dressed, baby boy?" Virgil nodded "m tink m smawwer papa"
"That's okay little spider. How old do you feel?" Remus said bouncing Virgil a little before laying him on his bed "m tink m 2!"
"Wow such a big boy! Does my big boy need a diaper? Or a pull-up?" Virgil whined and blushed at the question "diapee" He said softly, covering his face.
Remus chuckled and put Virgil in his diaper and jammies "okay kiddo, are you ready for bed?" Virgil nodded and grabbed his spider plushie.
"Do you want your paci hun?" Virgil opened his mouth in response. Remus smiled and stuck Virgil's paci into the boy's mouth.
Remus picked Virgil up "where do you wanna sleep baby? In here or with me?" Virgil cooed softly and cuddled into Remus.
"Okay baby, let's go see if your big brother wants to cuddle too" Remus said walking to Romans room. He knocked on the door "Roman? Are you in there?"
"Yeah! One sec!" Roman said before opening the door. "Do you need something dad?"
"Do you wanna come cuddle with me and your baby brother?" Remus said, bouncing Virgil. Virgil babbled softly at the mention of his name. "Uh sure! Can we watch a movie?"
"Sure kid, we'll be in my room," Remus said, carrying Virgil to his room. "What do you wanna watch baby boy?"
"Skelton" Virgil said softly "okay kiddo" Remus said turning on the Nightmare before Christmas.
Roman walked in and layed down next to them, yawning a bit. Remus smiled and turned off the lights and laid down with Virgil. Virgil yawned and curled up before falling asleep.
"Night night baby boy" Remus said softly. Roman curled into Remus. "Night night dad" He said before falling asleep. "Good night kiddo"
