My adorable son turned 1 year old the other day!!! He is so precious I love him.
I feel like these pictures are a good example for why posing matters! I took these pictures of Aethas seconds apart, yet he looks so much bigger in the second picture just by how he was laying and my camera angle.

It's a lot of volume, I did the same weight on squats so I could get the form 100% on it. With my new weight lifting shoes I feel I'm able to hit proper depth now which makes me think I haven't previously. So dialling that in. On my deadlifts I was suppose to get 5 reps with 115kg but I only got 2 as on the third rep I felt a terrible pulling pain on the front of my shoulder. So I did the smart thing and immediately dropped the weight. It seems to be okay but I've took painkillers to be on the safe side :) Apart from that the rest of the workout went pretty well!
Paused Close Grip Bench Press 315×2 I have been moving BTW, so expect regular posts again soon.
