If Duncan tries to use his power on first One tech he is limited to only giving it a different form since first one tech is an integration of magic and technology meaning that Duncan can not change the part that actually determines the tech’s purpose course this means that Sorcerous could in turn “reprogram” the tech if she understood the language used in it

Isn't CGI Duncan's power also an integration of magic and technology? Since Duncan's skill is technology, but he gets his power from Grayskull -which is magic.
