Caring for a Sensitive Little

♡ Use a soft voice

♡ Pease don’t shout at them

♡ Coaxing works better than ultimatums (offer a small candy if coaxing alone doesn’t work)

♡ Always have some band-aids on you (for boo-boos and “boo-boos”)

♡ Hug them often

♡ Hold their hand so they don’t wander off (they will wander off if you don’t)

♡ Only wash their comfort item while they sleep (that way they won’t be awake to miss it)

♡ Memorize their favorite foods/how they like certain foods cooked

♡ Love and cherish them with all your heart

When Daddy Says No

Little: Daddy can I has some gummy bears?

Daddy: No baby, you’ve had enough candy for today.

Little: *wiggles and does puppy dog eyes and pouty face* Pwetty pwetty pwease Daddy?

Daddy: *sighs* Only a little bit, kitten. I don’t want you to have a sicky belly.
