Lol, Scott's Stan - and Scott - always come with their shit of "never wanted to be a werewolf" "never wanted to be bitten". I understand that Scott never asked to be bitten, but I hate the fact that he is so selfish and thinks only of himself. Scott never thought how horrible it could be for Derek to bite someone against his will, even knowing how awful it was to get the bite without asking. Pero Scott, "the poor boy," could not see the similarities.
I find that even more striking when it’s about Liam actually. Liam got bitten without wanting it. Liam got a bad alpha who couldn’t train him. And now Liam gets handed a torch he doesn’t even want, by an Alpha that thinks that ‘You’ll figure it out’ will teach someone how to become an Alpha.
I can cut Scott some slack when it comes to being a self centered teen in the first seasons and not understanding that adults can struggle, too. But by now he should have learned, especially when it comes to understanding someone younger who goes through basically the same as he did...
