It’s not as elegant as Mihawk’s frog in the well speech, but Luffy’s straight up spiting facts. 

And this is a more general observation, but I really enjoy Luffy’s brutal honesty in all situations. Oda gets a lot of mileage out of it for comedy, but his earnest sincerity also makes lines like this hit all the harder. Luffy’s not a guy who pulls his punches, whether they be literal or metaphorical

The anime really screwed the pooch by not animating these cover stories, because Ace’s basically turns into G8 but canon

And does this make Enel the only main villain who goes out of his way to not fight Luffy because he’s afraid of loosing to him?

Amazon Lily made this bit if wordplay pretty famous, but for those who don’t know, in Japanese “golden balls” are a euphemism for testicles in the same way “family jewels” are in English. 

So depending on how you want to look at it, you could say this whole fight is basically a the setup for a giant dick joke.
