Rambling about Fairies - Manga Chapter 43

Fairy Tail has a problem with its revivals and all, but I think death as not the finality of life is another one of its very beautiful narrative themes. 

“If you keep them in your hearts, they’ll always be with you.”

Ur lives on as magic particles that are now in the form of water, mixed into the sea. What matters is not whether she’s technically dead, but about their legacy, and the ways they can keep affecting peoples’ lives from now, even without physically being there anymore. 

It ties it perfectly to the power of bonds, doesn’t it? Love transcends death, after all.
