Saw someone posting it on Twitter.

Part of the reason I think Minho took back Wookyung was because he knows how it feels to be desperate as the person you love the most is ready to discard you. He felt pity for Wookyung, a pity (not love cause he knows Duna doesn't love him) he wanted from Duna but never got. He was vulnerable, crying and begging on the floor. Though the difference is, Duna while leaving Minho thought she deserved better than Minho while Minho was surprised someone like Cha Wookyung (rich, successful, lots of friends, had social respect) still wants him. Minho had a better character growth and a redemption but Wookyung doesn't even come close to that. Which is a pity cause Minho definitely deserves better than Wookyung.

It's to the point that Wookyung is blushing. Whether he would have held Minho back without that, I don't know. But it is the first time in the entire stories that someone actually cares about Wookyung, right before the end.
