What we have is small and strange. But true. I once thought: to be in love: is to lose face and accept it. Isn’t every poem for someone? Why not you?
— Chad Bennett, from “Trick,” Your New Feeling Is the Artifact of a Bygone Era
peter.diseth Since I’m on a #RoswellNM appreciation/reflection kick, here’s a photo of me and @chad_d_bennett, the first stunt double I ever worked with. This is from shooting ep 105, “Don’t Speak,” in the middle of the night. I think it was pretty easy work for him (couldn’t risk my gentle backside landing poorly on some pointy, ouchy rocks), but of course he took it seriously (because he’s a gd professional) and nailed it. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Fingers crossed we get to cross paths again in season 3 or elsewhere. (I mean seriously, I’ve got to get a photo with us wearing those Graham Green wigs.)
