Her Royal Chai-ness, she's recovering from kidney failure, congestive heart failure, and pleural effusion. She's improving, but it was VERY close last Monday night (we almost lost her several times that night, and the vet pulled 50 (FIFTY)ml of fluid out of her right lung alone, and cat lungs are little!). She spent almost a week st CSU's vet hospital in Fort Collins (like Cleveland Clinic/Mayo for critters), but has been home since Sunday. Her kidney values are creeping up again, but she is feeling better.
