(Sigh 😔)...Let’s talk about the competition. First...this damn bench. 😤😤😤 So unfortunately, I didn’t make any of my attempts for bench at 225, which is a weight I’ve moved plenty of times. When that happened, I almost left (we still had deadlifts after). But luckily, everyone was extremely supportive, so I stuck it out and finished. And after watching the video 3000 times, there’s like 32000 different things I saw that was wrong (hand position, moving way to fast, not staying tight, technique was...etc, etc). But, this is a learning experience, so I just have to improve my technique. We’re gonna be fine. Also, I could’ve humbled myself and went a bit lower, but I was being extremely prideful 😅. Nonetheless, I did PR on squats (405lbs) and deadlifts (425lbs), so something good did come out of this.
