Bilbo noticed the man as he wanders through the streets of the Shire. He could tell many of the other hobbits were already watching the stranger with curious, but hesitant glances. Taking another drag of his pipe, he moves it away from his lips and takes a step forward. "Excuse me-- Sir?" He calls out, "May I ask why you are passing through here? We don't get to many visitors."
