Everything takes time to happen, don't expect for happiness to come right after the dark days. Just wait and be patient cause it gets better. Change is a process, that you must give time to for it to happen. Don't give up while waiting, just remember it gets better, no mater what the situation is
I"m so tired of my eating disorder being my identity. I am so much more. I think I've gotten so used to being a victim that I forgot that I have the ability to fight this disease. I can break free. I just have to remind myself that change takes time & that I deserve to live a better life.
Through all the challenges in life, (e.g. U.S. government shutdown, No Child Left Behind and the current education system, etc...) my hope is that we can see the light (see the errors of our ways) and make positive forward change that will be positive for EVERYONE involved. To be kind, flexible and inclusive in giving support and resources to all who need such intense support because of our own personal downfalls of selfishness, power, and making misinformed decisions and actions. Together we can affect positive forward change, action and growth. Just remember the saying, "How do you eat an elephant?" ... "One bite at at time."
