Your post about how you dislike the way op women age pushed me to do a (sorta) redesign of them

I tried. I actually love Shakky's design when she's older, but her younger self just looked nothing like her exept the lips. I gave both of them the wavy hair texture, and squarish jaw. I think they are more similar than in canon.

As for gloriosa, she's about 1 meter taller. And she has a neck. She's still snall and a bit stout but not as much. I think her face when she's old is also pretty, and more realistic than other characters. But her younger self could have share her features a bit more.

I agree that Oda could do a lot better with the women's design in general. I know his style is based on charicatures, and exageration, and most of the time he doesn't mean anything bad by it, but... it still feels weird. At least, I think he could easily incorporate charicatures in his designs while also mixing it with realism. He is able to to that with the men.
