Happy Birthday @chanstopher!! I hope you have an amazing day, Dreamy!! I made you this because it said in your carrd that you like learning about space and as a studying astrophysicist I thought for your birthday I’d give you some cool facts about my favourite space topic, black holes!

1. When something falls into a black hole, you don’t actually see it cross the event horizon (the area where light can no longer escape), instead you see it gradually slow down until it stops in place and begins to red shift (change colour more and more red) until it eventually disappears

2. Before being sucked into the black hole, light orbits around it. So if you were to fall towards a black hole you would be able to see the back of your own head as the light from it wraps around the black hole and back into your eyes

3. One theory about black holes is that all the information held in a black hole is actually stored on the event horizon like a computer and projected inwards like a hologram. Which begs the question, what if our universe is just a projection of the information stored on the edge of an even bigger black hole? I hope that’s not too existential lmao

dreamy dreamifer dreamothy it is your birthday, and yet here i am still three years older than you aging rapidly and quickly, like a sepulchered corpse with winged eyeliner. thank you for being my first ever friend on stayblr that fateful day in april when i dropped into your askbox when i was just a lil stayblr newbie asking myself i am who?. you always were open to me being absolutely oddinary in your messages and let me think i was funny and you were unbelievably kind and welcoming before you ever even knew who i was in life. you are absolutely one of the central figures of stayblr, and the heart of it. you're always the sweetest, always willing to help people become content creators and offer the knowledge you have to grow the community (and get as many chan gifsets as possible until he takes over the world). dont even get me started on your art, i can't put into proper words the talent, the depth, the photorealism (a miroh image, if you will)(that one was a stretch), and the emotional rollercoaster (positive) your art brings, just know she is the Moment.

you blush, spitting out your toothpaste as well. "i didn't think you caught me."

he smiles happily, kissing your temple. god, that smile drove you crazy. his cute little dimples and the way his smile reaches his eyes makes you just... swoon.

"you're doing it again, y/n." chan teases, pressing chaste kisses to your cheek and head.

"doing what?"

"staring at me."

"you're too pretty not to stare at." you say softly, turning back to him. his warm brown eyes glow in the vanity light. you give a soft hum, placing your hands on his cheeks. "i think i'm in love with you, channie."

"as if that weren't obvious." he kisses your lips this time, so softly yet so filled with passion. quickly, he adds, "oh yeah, i'm in love with you too."

you laugh, scrunching up your nose and kissing him again.
