I’m just here to let you know that you posting you goals have actually inspired/motivated me. I mean, I see then when I’m about to be going to sleep (I work nights, so mornings are my “night time”) but I dunno. I see them and it makes me wanna to even better. Like just have like two or three things each day, or so. I just wanted to to pop in and say thanks ��

I really appreciate it when people come by and say thanks! It makes me so happy that my little reminders to get over my executive dysfunction or whatever help others out! I know its so hard to be productive, especially after a day/ night at work. Even just a little bit of productivity (beyond work) each day can do so much for us and the vibes in our home. I’m so glad I can inspire people to do something for themselves!

Have you been able to see any kind of progress at all throughout your journey? Use the accomplishments you have already made in order to motivate you to do even better next time.

Try to experiment. Are there things you haven't added to your practice yet? Try looking up different ways you haven't tried before and add them in. Maybe you can find your own way of going about things.
