Self-Healing Spell

on a Friday, think of one (and only one) negative thing about yourself. carefully push a pin near the top of a black candle. light the candle. 

write a letter to yourself telling yourself only good things. if you can’t think of anything, write down neutral things about myself (my body gets me places, my taste buds let me taste good food, my fingers let me type and talk to friends, etc). write until the candle burns low enough that the pin falls from the candle. 

when it does, place seven dried lavender buds in the middle of your letter and fold it up into the shape of a heart (like this one). place your rose quartz on top of your folded up letter and remind yourself of the good things you have accomplished and the good qualities you have. place the folded up heart in your pillow case and keep the rose quartz with you
