      Ivan took a deep breath. It has been so--SO long since he’s even thought on doing this. He can’t turn back, he has to do this for his own sake too. He realized how unhealthy this was, he has to be more honest with himself. He pat his face a couple of times, huffing to let out any more hesitations before quickly making the portal before he’d change his mind.

      Seeing Kite’s world on the other side, all the chaos and distortions everywhere....

      Yeah, he was already thinking on turning back now. But he’s already done so much. Just opening up this portal without letting Kite know was already out of character for him. Walking on through, Ivan began to walk about, looking for his brother and calling out for him. “Kite!! Kite, are you here!!?” He walked everywhere, high and low, walking on the sky to swimming on land. It took him a while before he’d finally walk into a circus tent.

      And in that tent, he saw a small goat. One with his usual hat and attire on. Even Mixplix was on it. That’s odd. Walking over to it, Ivan knelt down and smiled at the other. “Hello..Are you..perhaps Kite’s pet? I don’t think he ever had one before. You must be very special.” He smiled softly, giving a gentle pat on their head.

“What about you is appealing in any way?”

“I may not be the eldest but I’m the most successful by far. Of course, my brother was the one who got in trouble to begin with and lost his position. I, on the other hand, have kept my place and reputation as pristine and untouched as the day I was formed!” The blonde gloated, floating a few inches off the ground. 

“Iva- er...Corrupt would lie to save his own charred hide. I’d always tell you the truth, upon my Honor as a guardian.”

[Continued from X] Corrupt still was silent as Kite or what he thought at the moment was just a mimicked image of him. The distrust in his tone still showing through as he finally spoke up after Kite was finished. “I don’t think you usually visit without reason. I don’t see why you would either.” he was blunt honestly irritated by the nonchalant attitude of Kite.

“So I’d rather you just spit out the reason you’re actually here other than some friendly banter. It would make it faster for the both of us.” His right clawed hand was being balled up then relaxed as he spoke.

“And with this one, it’s two jesters who ran around the park, recently. Is the circus in town...?”

“Calm? How unfortunate. It sounds absolutely boring, you must be bored to tears, dear brother.” Kite circled around Ivan a moment before stopping in front of him, prodding his chest with the top of his cane. “I’ve been Quite busy as of late. Cleaning up my realm, finding a more colorful set of clothes…finding worlds to crush, you know, that sort of thing.” A sly grin spread across Kite’s face and there was a sinister glitter in his eyes.

“But what about you? What have you been up to that’s had you so painfully absent?”

      “Mm..I’m not a mirror, Kite. As a matter of fact, I’m glad things have been calm for as long as it has been thus far.” Nothing is truly as calm as that of course. Ivan has gone about helping others, doing what he can, comforting people, talking with people. He’s just happy that nothing that’s a huge crisis has happened as of late.

      Though his brother is back. And if this is true, then he’ll be just as busy as he was before. Maybe way more than he realizes. Who knows, Kite’s mood and thought process is just as unexpected as a natural disaster.

      “My job, basically.” He began, rubbing his chest from the poking ‘n prodding of his cane. “I’ve done what I can for others. I’ve also been taking some time for myself in my own dimension. There are abilities I haven’t fully tested out so I’ve been practicing a little more in my own world. Nothing major, but I’m sure it’ll be useful to me when the time comes. I’m afraid to ask, but..I assume you have plans? Ideas for your own..entertainment?”

"Brother! It's been absolutely AGES~. How have you been?"

      “Oh goodness me-” Ivan placed a hand over the larger crystal. Letting out a shaky sigh, recovering from the little scare. He was a fool to think he’d have a bit of a break from the chaotic man himself. But what can ya do? Can’t live with him, can’t live without him. Much like a brother.

      “Hello, Mr. Kite.. I’ve been alright, as a matter of fact. Things have been calm. How have you been?”

      He’s never really thought of Kite to do something like worry for him. Whether he meant it or not, it did at least made him feel a little better about this visit. After all, this was probably one of the very very few times he’d actually hear kind words from him. Then again, this is definitely how you would get your fellow guardian in the palm of your hands whenever you get into trouble. Too good of a heart he has--even for someone like the mischievous Kite.

      “I’m happy to hear..! I suppose we all needed time for ourselves every now and again. Though honestly..I wouldn’t think someone like you would get bored so easily. You always seem to find a way to make even the most dullest environment to be...’fun’ in your own way.”
