[5:58:50 AM] Hiei Jaganshi: Once they'd decided on the situation of the game and terms, Hiei figured all they needed to do now was actually get to the arcade. Picking up the player in doll form he very easily carried him toward the area that he was sure he'd seen a small arcade in when he'd been wandering the previous days through this strange town. Once he found it he shifted Yosuke a bit. "Look like a good spot to you to see if they have your game?" He almost sounded bored but Yosuke should be able to tell that it was just an act as he walked toward the building with the marking on it that would allow them to be seen while inside.
[6:04:38 AM] Yosuke Hanamura (Puer Edition): "Sounds good, man." Yosuke said, as they entered. Ah... Not even just the joy of coming to an arcade, but a proper and large big city arcade! The lights, the sounds, the crowds! Inaba was... Alright, but this was his _scene_! The very thing he missed of Naha, and of any large enough city! Not even the Okina Game Room came close to this~
The pair wandered in, as Yosuke already scoped it out. "Ah man, looks like it's open... BlazBlue Chronophantasma! The newest chapter in the series! I was worried I'd miss out on the release out in the boonies, but it's out here- well, of course it would be out in Shibuya- and we're in luck! We'll get a chance to play with it! ... Man, I wish I had my Nesica Card with me."
[6:07:09 AM] Nenilein ("Nobu" Teddie): Yosuke, you may not get a delivery of your Nesica Card, but there is a couple of cheerleaders on the way for you. Teddie is almost greediuly scanning through every single last shop or establishment in Molco.
"HNNNGHHH! Where... Is... he?!" he wants to whine... When, finally, the sound of a lot of sound effects and flashing lights draw his attention. Teddie turns. His eyes grow big.
"Ohhh... And Arcade!"
Distracted by Shiny, indeed.
[6:20:45 AM] Shinigami Ranma: Ranma couldn’t help but sigh, though he wouldn’t mind a game of Street Fighter 4 latest update, they really REALLY didn’t have time for this. “Look Nobu I really don’t think we are going to find Yosuke and whoever brought him in a arca………… no goddam way…” Why did Ranma suddenly grow silent? Well the arcade Nobu was so interested in had a very wide window and in said window clear as day he could see his fellow reaper Hiei holding a doll that for all effect and purpose looked like a mini Yosuke. Making Nobu look at the same window Ranma couldn’t help but facepalm at the absurdity of it all as him and Nobu had been looking for them for HOURS! “L-Let’s just enter and see what’s going on for now. If he didn’t erase Yosuke yet I doubt he will do it just cause we found him.”
[6:24:34 AM] Hiei Jaganshi: Hiei, meanwhile, had no idea that they'd been spotted as he walked toward the game that seemed to have gotten the little doll rather excited. "Would you calm down...?" He mumbled then loud enough for Yosuke to hear him. "If you'll recall, the normal people can see us now so you're drawing a bit of attention considering usually dolls can't move or get excited about video games. Do you really want them to try and take you away because they thought you were some kind of robot or science experiment gone wrong or something...?" He hadn't considered this possibility when he'd agreed to this challenge and just sighed. Of all the things he put up with sometimes. Honestly he'd mostly agreed because he figured he might as well give the little player in doll form a fighting chance to earn his freedom. Not that he was sure other Reapers would. Hey it wouldn't even be considered helping or anything either considering the situation. He got what they'd need to play the game before heading to the machine and glancing at it. "... Alright... so how does this thing even work..? They don't have these where I'm from.." He admitted with a frown.
[6:34:23 AM] Yosuke Hanamura (Puer Edition): Oh thank GOD. He agreed to this without a clue.
It would make it a little easier.. He hadn't expected to be this tiny in comparison to the game controller... It always looked so small in his hands as a normal human being, instead of a plush doll. Still, he couldn't come off as scared and worried now... Exuding as much confidence as the small doll could, he at least quieted down enough to not draw attention.
At least there was not too much of a crowd by the machine... Maybe nobody would notice the small doll dancing around on the machine. Shit. He really didn't consider that, "... Maybe you should say I'm your marionette or something? So if someone sees me playing, they'll just think it's you practicing some kind of crazy trick?"
[6:35:34 AM] Nenilein ("Nobu" Teddie): "A-Ahhh....!" Teddie was starring into a certain direction. His eyes were wide. It was the same direction Ranma was looking into and was urging him to go. Could it be...? Was it really?? Reaaaally...!? "...BLAZBLUE CHRONOPHANTASM!!" He exclaimed. "AAAALRIGHT-Y!!!" ...He ran up to the machine next to the reaper, a 100 yen coin risen high. He threw himself at the control panel, almost knocking Yosuke off.
[6:40:45 AM] Shinigami Ranma: Ranma was behind Nobu in a instant, his fist bonking Nobu on the head. “I WAS POINTING TO YOSUKE NOT THE GODDAM GAME!” Really how could he get distracted so easily by a videogame? Jeez. Arms crossed and looking at both the reaper and the dollified Yosuke he wondered what they were even doin in here. “Ok someone would like to explain us just what’s goin on?”
[6:44:20 AM] Hiei Jaganshi: Hiei hummed before he nodded. "I can pull that off yes." He agreed when Yosuke had made the comment of pretending it was some kind of trick or something. However soon after he couldn't help but blink, watching what could only be described as a slight bit of chaos as the blonde appeared out of nowhere like that. He raised an eyebrow, just watching the others interact for a moment before he shook his head. "I'm sure you can figure out at least part of the situation... I came across the doll and so I bought him. Simple as that. However if you'll excuse us... we are a tad busy currently... I can only assume from your reaction that this is in fact his partner." Hiei allowed a small amount of amusement to glow in his eyes. "I've been challenged... and the stakes are possibly quite high so I would suggest you don't interfere or I will have to count it as a forfeit on Yosuke's end." His voice sounded almost cruel, but really at this point it was more a bluff then anything. That and he wouldn't mind seeing the doll and this boy reacting to such a bluff. He had to get his kicks somewhere after all.
[6:53:16 AM] Yosuke Hanamura (Puer Edition): "Nobu! Dude!" The doll nearly fell off the counter, not sure if he was happy at the return of his partner or pissed that he had been nearly knocked over and ignored for BlazBlue. Sure, he had also been excited for the game, but he was in the middle of a game for a reason, damnit!
Still, he was genuinely happy at seeing Nobu... And then the threat came on. Had he still been a flesh and blood creature, he would have paled. Still, he couldn't let his ally know he was scared, and beginning to worry about his chances. "It's alright dude." He said, voice as serious as he could pull off. "I know I can do this challenge... Just stay here, and maybe block off anyone from seeing me running around the controller. I can play this. And I know I can win."
[6:57:19 AM] Nenilein ("Nobu" Teddie): "A-Ah...?" Teddie heard the voice... And only then took a look down. Finally, he saw him. Down there... In his plushie, overprized, adorable glory. "Uhhh....Y...Yo...Yosuke...ANIKI!!!" He grabbed the doll and hugged him tight, almost squeezing him, "YYYYYYOSUKE!!! IS IT REALLY YOU, THIS TIME!! Y-YOU CALLED ME NOBU, TOO!! IT IS YOU! YOU... WAAHHHHHHH!!!" He cried a bit, then shook his head, "But... What are you doing here?! I was worried about you, like a good little Bro!! And you are playing games with a Reaper... GEEZ!!!" The boy pouted. He only then listened to what Yosuke was saying. "A... challenge?" he looked at Yosuke. And at the Reaper. And at the machines. he understood. "Ah! Gotcha!!" Putting Yosuke down, Teddie saluted. "Roger, Sir! I am going to 100% protect you from any unwanted views!! ...Probably." [6:57:38 AM] Nenilein ("Nobu" Teddie): "...I believe in you."

What were the odds that the same couple of players would manage to get out of a bloody fight by using a challenge for their fates. Though this situation was far far different from his, this was do or die, he really didn’t think Hiei would give the Yosuke another chance in case he lost. Though should Hiei actually win he would gladly die fighting the other reaper even at the cost of being erased… this was probably the last day he could help the two after all. “We won’t do anything… Yosuke you better win this.” He would rather keep living for some more time before dying after all thank you very much
[7:09:50 AM] Hiei Jaganshi: Hiei rolled his eyes a bit before he frowned down at the machine in front of him again. He still had almost no idea what this machine was even for. He'd been glancing around at some of the others that were working their machines however and he was glad that he was actually a rather quick learner when it came to certain subjects. He should be able to manage it and seem at least like he wasn't a complete novice. He should be able to put up at least a decent fight. He looked over to the others then, the two players and the reaper before he smirked, the mask in place to hide whatever insecurities about this he may be feeling. "Well then, I suppose it would be wise for the two of us to get this game on the road wouldn't it...?" His voice held confidence even if he didn't truly feel it himself at this moment. He wasn't going to be pushed around just because he'd never done this type of thing before. "Shall we have your cheerleading squad count us in...?? For your sake I'll allow your partner to assist you in setting up before the fight itself begins. I imagine inserting the coin might be a bit difficult otherwise."
[7:18:07 AM | Edited 7:32:05 AM] Yosuke Hanamura (Puer Edition): Yosuke nodded, as he pulled out a 100-yen coin from the back of his little plush jacket. "It looks like whoever did this to me at least left me with my money... Not that 460 yen makes all that much of a difference." He shot a look to Nobu at that. He still remembered what happened to his money. And at that, he also owed Ranma like another 30000 yen, argh, why did dresses cost so damn much?!
Still, he focused more on the game. As the character select came up, he stood between the joystick and the select button. A lot of running around... But he was used to it. He was, after all, a speedy little shit. "Alright. So... I'll be picking Carl Clover." A small boy in a blue Magician's costume with a puppet came up to the screen, "He looks ridiculous, but he's quick and powerful... Even if I normally main Jin."

Reaching into his bag, he pulled out a long piece of cloth - a scarf, Yosuke had on him when they first met - and tied it around the joystick in a crosspattern, once around the machine and gave the two ends in Yosuke's hands.
"There! This way, you can control better right?" Teddie smiled, fully ignoring the issue of his money wasting. "Isn't it good you have reliable ol' me around? I will be rrrrriiight here... giving support from a safe distance!"
[7:38:57 AM] Shinigami Ranma: To be honest he kind of felt useless staying here doing nothing, actually he could do look and hope Yosuke would pull trough and win, but didn’t that meant exactly doing nothing at all? “Wish I could do something dude but you guys gotta win on your own for this one.” Or he would have to risk erasure to save them in the end… maybe some more incentive could help him win? “Tell you what, if you win this forget about my dept.” He would be considering the plus time he would get payment enough after all.
[7:41:49 AM] Hiei Jaganshi: Hiei glanced up at Ranma then, raising an eyebrow. "You should be careful with your words and actions." He said as a warning to the other, picking his character for the fight in silence. He wasn't going to say anything else for the moment, perhaps he would later once he was done concentrating on this game that he was trying to learn on the spot. Having looked through the characters, he picked on that it's abilities seemed to match his own as much as possible. Of course, it was impossible to find a perfect match but he hadn't exactly been expecting that perfect match or anything like that after all. Once he'd picked his he glanced up. "Ready to see if you can still manage this using just a scarf and your feet then?" He practically seemed to coo. Really what he was doing was almost anyone's guess at this point.
[7:45:48 AM] Yosuke Hanamura (Puer Edition): Yosuke gave a testing tug to the the scarf. He could do this... If he had to run the opposite direction, he could always slide back... And he was sure he'd be nimble enough to run back and forth, between the scarf, the stick and the buttons. "All set and ready to kick ass." He gave a cheeky grin and a wink, already looking up to the screen.
Nu-13, huh?
He smiled, as the screen loaded up for battle... He could do this. He knew he could pull off a victory here... And he was debt-free too!
[7:48:00 AM] Nenilein ("Nobu" Teddie): Teddie was, meanwhile, pestering Ranma, "C'mon, Ranma, what's with the long face!? We have to make the right mood!! Unghh..." He looked quickly around... ah, yes, glass of water. Perfect. He grabbed it and poured it over Ranma's head, regardless of who or what is was originally meant for. "Are you in the right mood now!?"
[7:53:19 AM | Edited 7:53:31 AM] Shinigami Ranma: Ranma blinked repressing the urge to hit the blonde on the head again. Why was it that she hadn’t been able to stay a guy for a whole day not even once for the entire week? Shacking off as much water as she could from her hairs she gave Nobu the most deadpan stares of deadpan stares. “Why exactly did you trigger my curse?” She really REALLY didn’t like the look Nobu was giving her not one bit. And in the mean time she could hear Yosuke match begin.
[7:55:46 AM] Hiei Jaganshi: Hiei at this point had tuned the rest of them out. They were just background chatter as he watched the game tell him to start the fight. Having never actually played this before he tested the controls a bit in a way that it didn't actually appear to be testing the controls before he controlled his character to attempt to punch and kick at the character that represented Yosuke on the other side of the screens. He was sure it would be obvious very soon that he was a newbie player at this but he wasn't going to just go down without a fight of some kind.
[8:03:59 AM] Yosuke Hanamura (Puer Edition): As soon as the match started up, Yosuke attempted to run into the fray, aiming for a jump attack at Nu-13 to start off the match... And promptly left Carl's puppet exposed for attack.
He hissed. Of course. That was the hardest thing about Carl Clover, keeping track of his puppet and not leaving leaving himself open to damage at that point. It made for more impressive bragging rights, being able to control such a character, and it came second-nature to him... But at the same time, it was incredibly hard to pull off via button-jumping and the scarf.

[8:13:46 AM | Edited 8:14:40 AM] Shinigami Ranma: Ranma eyebrow twitched, there was no way she was goin to do something like that… “Oh no no way I’m a guy…” What was he doing now? Oh god no. Not the puppy eyes technique! “S-Stop it… it isint going to work…” But he just kept staring at her with those big blue eyes that would make even the most resolute killer break down in a sobbing mess! “ALRIGHT GODDAMMIT! "YOSUKE, YOSUKE, HE'S OUR MAN!! IF HE CAN'T DO IT, NOONE CAN!” Why the hell did she have to do this? Oh right bear stare of doom. As pompoms she was using more of Nobu spare clothing as he seemed to have a lot weirdly enough.
[8:23:59 AM] Hiei Jaganshi: Hiei barely heard what was going on with the peppy little cheerleading squad in the background as he tried his best to concentrate. He'd admit for not knowing how to play he didn't seem to be doing too badly. He wouldn't hae been surprised if that was partially if not completely the fault of Yosuke's current predicament however. After a good amount of punches, kicks, and combination moves between the two Hiei was beginning to get into the game a bit and seemed to understand the controls. However at the same time it appeared that his competition was getting the hang of this game again as well. He wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't much longer at all that one of them managed a finishing move for the battle. It appeared that both characters were beginning to run out of energy as well so it would most likely come down to whoever could get in those last final attacks the quickest.Tthat didnt leave many possible oppurtunities but he hoped he'd be able to find that one last attack that would possibly win it for him. However, he would be content no matter the winner.
[8:30:00 AM] Yosuke Hanamura (Puer Edition): Slowly but surely, Yosuke was gaining the ability to keep track of Nirvana as well as Carl, getting adjusted once again to controlling the hard combination. And with each success, he was dashing around, pounding the buttons, controlling the wand and the scarf, a wave of dashing and running as he maintained his pace.
He started to chain up a combo, first a quick series of hits to catch up on damage. Good. He was getting the hang of this. Block, guard, grapple. He was fending off the worst of the damage again. Even if he was learning how to combo, Yosuke was experienced with it. Even if he was keeping his distance and avoiding the hits from Carl, Nirvana was catching right back up and striking at him in return.
A noticable grin was running along his lips, a happy little growl as he made his success. One more good hit... One more, and he'd make this...
[8:31:46 AM] Nenilein ("Nobu" Teddie): At this point, Teddie was just holding his fists clenched tight and hoping. This was the last round, their scores were even. If only now... Come on... Come on...!!
[8:33:46 AM] Shinigami Ranma: This was it. Do or Die. Whatever may come she would be ready for it, even to the point of scarifying herself.
[8:39:53 AM] Hiei Jaganshi: Hiei, being the fighter that he was physically, could see the fight progressing the way that it was as if it were a tournament style battle that he'd done previously. However, for this reason he also could see that there was a very slim chance of his success. He wouldn't just lie down and accept it however. In a last ditch effort his character charged up an attack and launched it toward Yosuke's character. However, Hiei saw it before he even launched the attack, just the way that Yosuke's character had moved in that almost dance-like motion the attack would miss and there would be no way to escape the counter attack. Sure enough that almost slow motion type scene ended and his screen showed a flashing 'Game Over'. Hiei bowed his head slightly in acceptance of the loss before he walked around, gazing at Yosuke. "You did well. I'll admit I'm impressed... a deal is a deal." He actually very carefully picked Yosuke up and placed him in his partner's arms. "You've won your prize, no strings... or scarves.. attached." After a moment he turned to leave. He should be getting going after all. However, just before he was out of hearing he turned again, gazing at them. "By the way, Ranma. Do be cautious. I know how you care about these Players.... but remember if you're caught helping them at all today... it's immediate erasure. It was very strictly stated today that that was the punishment for this after all..." With that said he raised a hand in a one-handed goodbye and began to leave the building. He always kept his promises after all, and Yosuke had definitely earned that prize fair and square.
[8:44:49 AM] Yosuke Hanamura (Puer Edition): He did it.
He won.
Just made it though that last ditch attack... Just got the infitinite combo going... He watched the battle animation playing out, out of breath as he was scooped up and handed lightly to Nobu.
"T-Th..." He panted a moment, before catching his breath. How could he feel so worn out as yarn and fabric and stuffing? Still, he could think about it later. He smiled to Hiei." Thank you. Maybe we can fight against each other some time too... You did good. For a total noob, I mean." His grin at that obviously noted he wasn't trying to be insulting, but just cheerfully teasimng.
[8:48:07 AM] Nenilein ("Nobu" Teddie): "Ah..." Teddie accepted the doll, first in disbelieve... "Ahhhh..." Then in relief. "...YEEEEEEEEESSSSS!!!" Then in poor bliss. The boy couldn't contain himself and started squeezing the doll closely to himself. "YOSUKE!! You're safe!! We're safe!!! You... WE cleared the mission!!! YAY YAY YAY YIPPIDIYAYYYYY!!" By this point, half the Arcade was starring at the blonde boy clinging and squeezing a random blushy while bouncing around like crazy. He didn't care of course. He didn't care for much of anything at the moment. Except the fact that Yosuke was safe.
[8:55:58 AM | Edited 8:56:06 AM] Shinigami Ranma: A tiny grin played on Ranma’s lips they did it and she didnt even had to help them out of it. Pretty much a win and win situation if she ever saw one! IT was time to party with her new friends now but first. “I accepted the fact I’m goin to be erased I was never really a reaper If to help someone in need I have to be erased then so be it… I shouldn’t have accepted the offer to become a reaper to begin with.” She had said all this in a whisper away from the other two, not wanting to ruin their happiness with her problems, but she knew someway even though they were far she knew Hiei had heard her. Grin wide she approached the two players. “SO whose up for some Sushi?!” They all deserved some good food to end what was probably her last day.
[8:58:10 AM] Nenilein ("Nobu" Teddie): Accepting Ranma's invitation for Sushi Teddie - concealing his blonde hair with Yosuke's magic scarf and his blue eyes with sunglasses, tugged Yosuke safely away into a bag and made his way for the Sushi bar with Ranma,
Hiei hummed a bit as he wandered a bit around Spain Hill just a little ways away from Molco where he'd bought the doll. If he was being honest he might have gone the other way except for the fact that he really hadn't been too big a fan of the noise that was there.
Currently however he was wondering what he could possibly do with the doll in the first place. Why had he bought it? Even now he really couldn't answer that question. While he wandered however the way he was holding it, it would be almost impossible to miss if you were flying overhead but Hiei didn't feel threatened at all which is why he felt confidant even with this fact.
