Although Parasite reminded me how much I love galbi jjim, it’s only recently that I realized the “ram-don” scene was based on an actual thing. I *may* have decided to pick up Korean BBQ for dinner tonight just so I could hit the Korean market and grab a few packs of noodles to cook this weekend. (There are other recipe videos out there, but there’s only one Maangchi!)
