"Ram-don" (chapaguri) from Parasite!
In the movie it’s made with sirloin steak but I don’t eat red meat so I used tofu. To prepare the tofu I marinated it in a mixture of oyster sauce and chili sauce (which I’ve heard are common flavors in Korean comfort food) and then baked it for fifteen minutes. The noodles are done the way you’d expect two types of instant noodles to be done--I cooked the Chapagetti and Neoguri together in boiling water for about five minutes, set a little of the hot water aside, drained the rest, and mixed the sauce, oil, etc. packets into the set-aside water before adding it to the noodles again. The reason there’s so little of it in the bowl is that my friend and I had several helpings.
It came out very well. I’d happily make this again.
