This was from a list of requirements from an organisation that trains chaplains. I was cracking up as I imagined those applications with a photo of the person's passport! I get what it's likely for! It's likely for the Chaplaincy ID.

Bear was wondering what was the difference between a Pastor and a Chaplain and I was initially saying that those are interchangeable.

Like with many things? I opted to check. Turns out that Pastors go to Theological School and Chaplains don't.

That organisation specially has training that costs less than $1,000. Including annual dues...it still brings the total less than that amount.

I wonder though how Chaplains end up raising their expenses.

PS: I didn't link to the page as I have no idea how Queer Affirming this organisation is. Meaning: how many chaplains have they ordained who aren't in straight partnerships?
