Swimming in Poppies | Event Reveal

The secrets had been revealed to the students and it seemed that all was well, but Sparrow had sworn she had heard noises coming from Ariel’s cabin that past night and her curiosity had been piqued. She decided to check with Peter Pan of course, just in case if something were to have happened. However, she had not been prepared for the scene that had unfolded the previous night.

A scream cut through the courtyard as the other players rushed to see what had caused the loud sound. They could not believe what they saw before them.

Splayed on the ground in front of the door was Ariel, bloodied and dead, as well as Dorothy, half hidden by the bathroom.

A body has been found… Investigation begins now.

(Investigation will be through DM with either Mod Apple or Mod Rose, or group investigations can be opened in DM or through the applicable areas. Please search as best as you can - Apple)

Get Up You Party People ! | CH.2 Event II

Entering the Dance Hall, you were met with a dazzling flash of color and light. Ethereal spheres of light hovered and bobbed up and down - coupled with the dimmed lights, it created an otherworldly effect. Music filters through speakers and creates an immersive experience as your eyes rest on the rows of buffet tables set up around the space - quite a feat for what is presumably a two-person team.

And taking center stage was none other than the aforementioned two-person team.

“He-LLOOOO, hi, hi, we’re so pleased you could come! Well, I was thinking… we never did have a proper introduction, a meet ‘n greet, a foray into the unknown, did we?”

Riko didn’t seem particularly fussed to arrive at the point. Judging from the look on her face, she might have been stalling for time.

Or, perhaps she was just tired. Even concealer couldn’t completely hide how sunken-in her eyes appeared to be.

“So, we, like, wanted to make a little get-together for you! There’s uh… stuff here! In the Theatre! In the Gym! In the Karaoke Bar! Aaaand n the Pool! Lots of stuff, ha ha ha!”

She didn’t seem especially bothered to shift away from vagueness. Still, Riko’s eyes glimmered, and she flipped her hair back behind her head. Mina, looking more clearly tired, offers the class a thin smile. Some may notice a reddish line on her right cheek being mostly covered by that swirl of hair she has. But, from far away, it was hard to tell what exactly it was.

“Y-Yes! Consider this a-a Formal Welcome to HP’s Most Excellent. We would have had this event towards t-the end of your stay but... Well, we all know what happened. The staff a-and ourselves worked really hard to set this up, so we h-hope that you enjoy!”

She does a small bow, stepping back to let Riko finish up.

“Uh…. like, for each activity, there’ll be an explanation! I’ll be running stuff in the Gym… so oop, I’d better like, get ready! Have fuuun students!”

And with that, you were left to your own devices as the sound of clacking heels retreated into the distance.

A Break From The Norm | CH.2 Event I

You’ve had your fun. And by “fun”, “utter pain and suffering” was what was really meant. Just like how “modelling trip” meant “murdering trip”, and “fun activity” meant - wait, perhaps the rewind button should be hit for a bit. It was a morning just like any other when the crackle of a loudspeaker instilled a primal fear into the hearts of all who knew what any intercession meant. However, the voice that came through mere seconds later wasn’t one of your neighborhood modelmascots, but rather someone you, er, hadn’t heard from in a while. 

“Rise! And! Shiiiiine guys! What a like, totes beaut morn!”

Seems Riko made a full-enough recovery, at least from what you were able to glean by listening to her chipper tone echo none-too-quietly through the hallways. And as for what important announcement justified frying your nerves?

“Like, Mi-mi and I were thinking, maybe we should do something to get your spirits up! I like, know you just saw half of the people who were supposed to be protecting you get like, totes murder-ized, but ha ha! Small details. We wanted to organize something to get your spirits up.”

Placing a vague comment like that directly after didn’t do much to assuage the elephant in the room.

“So, as your benevolent and friendly chaperones… uh, like, we set things up in a couple of rooms! C’mon down to the Dance Hall and we’ll give you a full initiation!”

Another, exhausted sounding voice cuts in. It’s Mina!

“O-Oh, uhm... Feel free to, uh... wear to dress? No that’s not right- Dress up! Yes, feel free to put on something nice... o-or come in your casual clothes. Either is fine!”

This wasn’t ominous in the slightest. Still, what could be worse than what you’ve already gone through.
