As expexted from the straight forward girl, I know this thing will happen! It's touched me when Manami remembered what did Karma said back on the courage test (it was on ch 74!) and obviously she lays eyes on him, or at least they have been through all the classes together (or even more) since she knows that Karma deserved to win because all the hard work he have put in that assassination class. What freaked me even more, Manami remembered every single scene of Karma (hard work for study, small blush after he became the 1st in the final exam, when he helped their classmates from the five virtuous). I'm sooo happy to read this chapter!
