My thoughts on chapter 74

So this is long....... I believe Sumin isn't ignoring Seju. Seju says in d last chap, nowadays Sumin only called her in that way when she wants something from her so in that sense u could see they still talk or interact it maybe about work or something but... for me that wasn't count as ignoring so... Remember before whenever Seju goes to those family gathering. Sumin is there to give comfort to her emotionally and physically(if u kno what I mean) and it still continue even after things get dark round them the physical thing I mean. And that time wen Seju ask her about her coming back that sunday I think that was Seju implying u know. Remember she goes and arrive at Sumin's empty place. As i said Sumin is trying to break their routine, she says she doesn't care about it anymore now, u can see Seju is dodging here and imply that Sumin's taking about her family conflicts, Sumin cut her off. I think Sumin means here she still care about her but they can't now be like d past she doesn't care about it anymore. Seju showing dismay there, maybe what's on her mind here is (ur sayin u care about me but ur doing all this crap) then Sumin open up about d house. I agree that Sumin should had choose to move out, that should have been easier right, but she didn't why??? (It was d last thing ur name I had.) This words I think doesn't means she wants Seju out of her life. Seju still clings to those things that connects her to Sumin so... (U bought that house because of me.) What she wants is for Seju to stop revolving around her, let go of everything about them. We all know what d house means, that house if full of what memories of d past even d bad ones. It's easier to just move out but then what? leave those memories to Seju and be always reminded about d things she coudn't have. I know it's selfish that she wants to take away everything that connects her with Seju but i think it's for d better good. (Even if I ever live for was for you, u don't care about it anymore.) See she still clings to her. I think what Sumin wants her to understand is she isn't d world. There is other worlds there even if they can't be together. (So let just end it here now. It's not good to live miserable like that.) She wants her to try and move on but Seju isn't trying to help herself. We saw that Seju cannot and won't accept the talk so what can Sumin do? Is to just be cold and harsh towards her. U can see in her expression that it's hard for her doing that too. It's easy for Sumin to just fuck it all and disappear, she can take Sungji with her. So why is she still here. Admit it even if u came from a bad break up and u rage got angry but deep inside u still care. And base on Suminju relationship they been through a lot. I'm sure Sumin wants Seju to be okay too that's why she still stay. I think what's Sumin wants to say is (I'm going to be here as a friend if u would want but nothing more) she isn't really saying goodbye, the thing is they just didn't want d same thing. Sumin offers comfort solace as a friend but Seju want something else and, what she wants just wasn't possible anymore. So saying Sumin treats Seju like trash now is just sad... because she wasn't. This is just my own view of d last chap so yeah... This i agree that Sungji isn't really d naive girl most people think. Remember that chapters of Sumin's birthday when Seju walk in on Suminji at the sofa Sumin is asleep, Seju and Sungji had d talk. She may not know how deep the relationship the two had but she already has a vague idea about it. So when the caught in d act scene, she tells Seju she's d pathetic one going for that scum just to, you know... prove something and tho doubtful and feel betrayed by Sumin being d observant woman she was. Unsure but she knows something change and it will not goes as what she thinks her plan will take. Seju and Sungji had been at it at d beginning it just in the background subtly happening.

Finally!!! finally the restaurant scene where they play happy family!!!! finally a sweet moment that i’m sure the author will destroy in the next chapter!!! and I kind of cried a little when the marriage was mentioned..... sorry no more spoilers!!! great chapter!!!!
