Oh, yes. Evan was colicky as an infant, fussy as a child, and particular about everything as a teenager. It is one of the few traits he never grew out of, the other two being his strong dislike of losing and his fondness of toying with his peers.
Evan learned that there are benefits to making others think you are romantically available, or that you might possibly fancy them. He views his sexuality as just another tool in his repertoire.

Evan usually ends up taking on the more ‘dominant’ role in a relationship only because other people kind of give that role to him partly because of his place in the social hierarchy and partly because of patriarchy. By ‘dominant,’ I mean to say he will usually make the first move, pick up his date, lead while dancing, etc. Evan is also most definitely not above playing mind games with significant others. In fact, mind games are what make relationships fun for him.

Your character has been been granted three wishes. What do they use them on?
1. Evan would wish to be ‘normal,’ meaning he would wish to not be at war with himself. Evan would wish to not have these thing inside of him that is rotten, malicious, and cruel. He wants to be normal, to not have to constantly suppress his first instincts and pretend to be someone he isn’t. He thinks this will make him happy.
However, he would want to be able to remember what life was life before he made his wish. Evan would rather choke on greatness than be content with mediocrity, and what if the thing inside of him is what makes him great?
2. His second wish would be to undo his first wish. He would be too paranoid that he had cursed himself to a life of mediocrity to be able to enjoy the peace his first wish would hopefully bring.
3. Evan’s final wish would be for a time turner. He probably should wish for joints that don’t age, or for the guaranteed safety of his family, but he is 18 years old and feels invincible. In his mind, that sense of invincibility extends to Bellatrix, Andromeda, and Narcissa. That one of them might not make it through the war is not a thought that has entered his head.
Which of the 3 Deathly Hallows would your character choose?
Evan’s first thought would be to go for the Elder Wand. His second thought would be that wands are not trustworthy. This third thought would be to ask for the Invisibility Cloak.
Evan’s current wand–hawthorn and phoenix feather–acts up from time to time. Evan doesn’t trust it to behave itself 100% of the time. As such, he views the supposedly all-power Elder Wand with a healthy amount of suspicion. If given the choice to chose one of the Deathly Hallows, he would look at the Elder Wand and ask himself, What’s the catch? The Invisibility Cloak is a much safer bet. It isn’t likely to backfire a spell into his face.
