I fear I do need to spell this out for you

Jacinthe has an expensive lifestyle that she pays for with ease and the thing she puts over all other needs in life is entertainment. Entertainment she can pay for no matter the price. No matter how big showy or outlandish if she wants it she will get it.

Jacinthe is beautiful in the way she is the embodiment of many folklore fears of fay as a fairy type trainer, deals, wagers, bets. Mischief trills her and she does it all while maintaining her outward appearance of grace and elegance. She is the epitome of the fairy type.

Lebanne being a punk who has a past of getting scrappy with her bare hands likely doesn’t come from much, many of the relevant punk trainers from XY and its postgame were homeless or in near homeless territory, punk and poverty go hand in hand. Poverty is often the birth place of the punk movement.

Lebanne is the one who sought out Jacinthe as she said herself. She liked to battle the strongest of the strong. Jacinthe was high caliber and exactly what Lebanne wanted, a challenge.

But with Jacinthe having everything she could ever want in her pockets and her event planner there needs to be a cost for entree. If Lebanne caught her eye instead it would be free of charge but Jacinthe wasn’t the one playing chase, Lebanne was.

A wager was needed to make it worth it and knowing Lebanne’s potential background the ball is entirely in her court at this point all she can wager is herself.

Lebanne had the cards, Jacinthe likely pitched the stakes but Lebanne was entirely in her right to counter. And she didn’t. Because that’s not how Lebanne does things she’s brash and ultimately kept her word.

Richard’s coa skin is only getting recognized for its dynamic with Edgar but can we please talk about the switch in character it is for Richard as a person

Like positively I’m sure it’s intentional

Richard has lied and manipulated his way through life, puppeting the people around him, preying on those he made “family” by his own self aggrandizing cruelty. He’s skinny and fanciful, tall and creepy in his spindly stature.

His coa skin is a brute. Puppeted by Edgar on command to fight in his stead. He’s chained and limp until he’s given the privilege of unshackled wrists. Even down to his body he’s bulked up, he looks tougher, he acts tougher. There is no emotional warfare only brute strength.

It’s like if he never conned his way into privilege.

I think coa knight is a version of Richard that shows us what he could’ve been if he didn’t waltz into a life of nobility by stealing a lost boys name.

I haven’t seen a soul discuss the sheer amount of symbolism is legions blighted skin when it comes to their lore.

Joey and Susie, both having acts for the innocent side of mischief, stealing and ruining days but seldom ever thinking to take a life- plastered with torn expressions of agony along franks chest.

Those arms that wrap around Frank which I can only assume belong to Julie, who sits as the only one with a true fleshy smile, not a mask. Her hair washing over his shoulders and her grip on him true even in an amalgamated state.

Franks mask remaining. The body of the legion but his intentions not pure. He liked making people angry, he has violent streaks, but what pushed him wasn’t his own desires, it was the desires of a girl. A girl now forever melted into his back. Their minds practically fused as one with their friends taking second place below.

It is their worst possible ending. And yet, the truest in form to their sins.

Frontal lobe activation

Okay liar liar fandom veteran minami has been stated as aroace in the past but extra credit lists her interests in romcoms and other hopeless romantic things

If we are to be believe aroace is still canon despite her now being unlabeled does that mean she’s into romance because she’s trying to understand why she doesn’t feel that kind of attraction on that level?

Like that’s the expectation for a young lady to aspire for love but she doesn’t feel that so she pushes herself to get into it and find what she likes- like oh maybe I’m just picky but really she just doesn’t feel much in that department

The trauma of a protagonist being witnessed live as it worsens through the events of the story.

Shauna and Serena watching fireworks in the beginning, it’s a good memory, a moment Shauna promised to never forget. But after the ultimate weapon, that’s all it’ll ever be. A memory.

Watching helpless as any booming sound, any sparking firework, any lightning followed by rolling thunder leaves her reactive on pure muscle memory and spiking adrenaline.

The true weight of teenage PTSD tainting any future recreation of that night at the palace.
