Yeah. Okay, their relationship started off damn shitty.
At first, Stolas genuinely thought Blitz enjoyed sex with him. Then he learned about Blitz's real motives and decided to use his need for the Grimoire to coerce him into sex. It's shitty and toxic and Blitz is absolutely justified in his outbrust against Stolas in Full Moon.
EXCEPT STOLAS ALSO REALIZED HOW FUCKED UP THIS TRANSACTION WAS AND TRIED TO FIX IT WITHOUT BLITZ EVEN COMPLAINING!!
That's the whole point! They're in hell, of course they're all mostly assholes, which makes Stolas's decision to offer Blitz a different way to keep his job without being obligated to "service him", with the possibility that with the asmodean crystal, Blitz might decide to cut ties with him completely, much more significant!
And when Blitz rejected him somewhat, Stolas backed off.
So everyone taking the first part of their relationship to argue against Stolas or the whole show are missing the whole point of it and the entire depth of the characters, and it's infurating.
