A former Marine who turned her back on them after the Ohara Buster call. She had been on Akainu's ship and had seen enough on that day. She ended up running into Dragon who was just starting the Revos.
She is his Chief of Staff till she dies on a mission, giving the role over to Sabo who she helped training.

Honestly not a first time I tried to skribble him.... But the crocodile face is fricking hard x.x managed so so, with help of a video tutorial, not yet fully satisfied.
