In your opinion how'd Iroh react to zucest?

I think it depend a lot on what you think of Iroh and why he seems to think Azula is ‘less redeemable’ than Zuko.

Depending on that, he can range from warmly supportive, using their relationship and high and low to push them along to heal together, to openly against it.

Personaly, I go for the funniest option which is, he is torn between :

“NO!!! WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT!! ZUKO, WHY!!! SPIRITS, WHY PUNISH ME LIKE THIS?!”

and 

“Ahahah, look at him fucking the crazy out of her! THAT’S MY SON!! POUND HER UNTIL SHE CAN’T WALK ANYMORE!!!”

There’s also how accepted or taboo incest (or at least royal incest) is that would change a lot but we don’t have any canon info on that so it’s hard to take into account and so you can write it or headcanon it as whatever you want.

What would Kiyi think if Zucest happened?

She’d probably just be happy her two siblings are happy and she get to be flower girl at the marriage.

At worst I can see her throwing tantrums over Zuko liking Azula more than her a few time at the beginning, but after Zuko and Azula have an actualy open talk (which is gonna talk a while for Azula since it would involve actualy being emotionaly open and honest) about with her, she would understand it’s just a different kind of love.

Or you go the funny way and Firelady Azula has to try and deal with an adult Kiyi trying to get a piece of their big brother too.
