I honestly think the writers only put that charcoat scene on 6x08 to distract us from the real (confirmed) Über A, Black Veil. Because right now, the viewers have put their full attention on finding out who Charles and Redcoat are, almost forgetting about the Lady in Black. So then, hopefully, the first two will be revealed in 6x10 and Black Veil will be the villain in 6b and season 7.
