GU Energy Product Review
So after getting in touch with a bunch of different companies it's time to start reviewing products that are out there! First up, GU sent us some Roctane Gels and Brew tablets.
To start off our new segment called 63feast we reviewed the GU products!

So finally got round to altering my new purchase.

When I first received this stallion the tyres were pretty old with cracks and the seat was a San Marco with some funky graphics on. These were replaced with the puncture resistant Continental Gatorskins and a Selle Italia Turbo.
Unfortunately the front wheel with a lovely Campagnolo hub had a little dink and has been replaced with a H+Son so doesn't quite match the rear.
The modernised Quasar Nova seatpost and stem with Ritcheay Comp handlebar (I've never seen bars with curves like that!) weren't doing the 90's Colnago any favours, and the reach was slightly uncomfortable. So i've opted for an old style quill type stem with some Raleigh classic 'D' shape bars to revive the vintage look. Also I have swapped the seatpost from my Charge Plug to compliment the chrome forks.
This bike is a dream to ride and it begs you to go faster and faster.
I thought I was going to sell the Plug but it's so damn fun I couldn't part with it.
