I hope you are all well, we'd like to announce a new segment we're going to be adding to our 63fixed YouTube channel!
We've had a lot of emails and messages in the past asking us what to eat before, after and during a bike ride. So, we are going to be filming a series of short videos explaining and showing effective ways to stay energised.
We've been in contact with a few Energy food companies who've offered to help us out, such as high5, MuleBar, GU and others.
We'll be looking at fantastic strategies to help you go long distance using the help of energy bars/gels, nutritious meals and knowledge of experts to help you!
