Here’s a simple ginger and ginseng tea recipe for getting yourself charged up!
Ingredients:
2 inches of grated ginger root 20 ounces moon water 7 tablespoons of lemon juice (choose two large lemons) 20 drops ginseng root extract 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
Instructions:
1. Place grated ginger and water in a saucepan and slowly simmer for 30 minutes
2. Strain liquid into a large jar or glass container
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
4. Serve immediately or let cool and add to your favorite tea blend.
