Culture of any country is a very powerful source of uniting people, community and the society in general. India is a diverse country having a number of different cultures, traditions and religions. Most of the people, especially in the developing countries like India are very sentimental about their culture, language and their religion as well. Protection of their cultural rights has always been a very big deal when it comes to the different societies of India. The Relief India Trust NGO has always been an active body when it comes to the protection of the cultural rights of the people of India residing in different parts of the country. Don’t bad mouth honest people – People in different locations throughout the country are given awareness as not to bad mouth any honest people. Just like you cannot judge a book by its cover, people as well cannot be judged just by their personality unless you know them deeply. Religious Sentiments – Religion is a very sensitive issue, especially in India, where there are people of so many different religions. The NGOs believe that the best way to unite people for any national cause is to unite them through their religious platforms. Intellectual Property – Things like dance, music, cultural shows and places like museums and art galleries, etc. are places which can be misused or abused. It is the duty of NGOs to have a close check on such activities and give awareness to the people whom they can approach.
