Coconutz Brings the Heat with Ménage a Trois
Coconutz St. Lucia, located in the heart of the entertainment hub in Rodney bay, has already established a name for itself, by being renowned not just for great food, cocktails and an unmatched ambience, but for doing things differently when it comes to entertainment. In the past names like “3 Mile High” out of Barbados a group which celebrated Coconutz 1st birthday and Soca artiste King Bubba, female DJ extraordinaire The Duchess and others have wowed patrons of Coconutz.
And now, for their 3rd anniversary party, Coconutz is going even bigger, delivering three big names in Caribbean music at the event dubbed Ménage a Trois!
On Saturday February 24, 2018 coming to the grand Coconutz stage, will be renowned Saint Lucian Soca artiste Ricky T who has been on a whirlwind international tour since 2016. Backed by his mega hits “Freaky Girls” as well as “Sully”, “Pressure Boom” and a slew of others, Ricky T will be winding down another leg of his tour right here in Saint Lucia at the Coconutz birthday bash, as he gets set for Saint Lucia’s carnival 2018.
The second artiste coming for Ménage-a-trois is Hypa 4000. The versatile and energetic performer out of St. Vincent will drop a number of his recent hits including “Take Jam.”
And thirdly, returning to Saint Lucia- where he has developed a solid fan base over the years, is Desmond Mendize aka Charly Blacks.
The Jamaican reggae and dancehall singer who has crossed over into the Latin American market and touched on soca music as well, was recently signed to Universal Music following on the success of the song “Gyal You a Party Animal”, which became popular outside Jamaica in regions including Mexico, South America, and Spain.
Charly Blacks is well known by dancehall fans for such hits as “Whine & Kotch”, “Girlfriend”, “Bike Back”, “Hoist & Wine”, “Rich this Year ” “Perfect”, “Often”, “Big Bumper,” “Party Animal”, “Right Deh Suh”, “VIP Girl” (featuring Machel Montano) and “First Time”. In fact the official video for “First Time” was filmed right here in Saint Lucia.
Coconutz Turns 3-Menage-a-Trois will also feature the best DJs around including DJ Shatta out of St. Vincent and will be hosted by St. Lucia’s very own Hollywood HP as they pump an eclectic mix of the latest hits along with the big three artistes, who will transform the venue into the biggest birthday bash this side of town.
Coconutz Turns 3- Ménage-a-trois is a premium drinks inclusive event with limited early bird tickets starting at EC$90 and EC$350 for Ménage-a-trois packages (three tickets). Regular pre sold tickets will be EC$120 and EC$300 for Ménage-a-trois packages.
It all goes down Saturday February 24 from 9 pm until 2 am, Coconutz turns 3- Ménage-a-trois! So come celebrate and the let the party, the fun, the excitement begin!
