When we choose a thing over something else, whether we realize it or not we’re releasing the thing we didn’t choose. So much of these daily draws has to do with putting your shoulder to the wheel, hunkering down to get it done, putting your nose to the grindstone, etc., etc., etc., and that may have more to do with Your Oracle’s karma than anything you friends have done or need to do, or it may just be good old-fashioned common sense advice on how to move through these weird, strange days. But today we have a draw that in absolutely no uncertain terms reminds and invites (and maybe even demands) us to stop all the heavy lifting for a hot minute and just enjoy what we have and where we are. Given the presence of Ac (the rune in the upper right) which represents the Oak Tree and the “Immovable Object” kind of strength that draws on ancient Earth wisdom, we’re basically commanded to stop the mad rush and just enjoy life for a goddamn minute. Look around you as if you’re seeing things for the first time. What are you grateful for? What needs celebrating? If you struggle with this kind of thing, start at your breath.
