Idk whether or not Phoebe is bi per say but she’s kissed a girl or 7 and def had a whirlwind romance with a girl while in NY. I think if asked she’d admit that her preference leans heavily towards guys but who knows what could happen and love is love or something along those lines.

Unpopular opinion because Piper/Leo were always THE ship I was still team Dan for years after that ship wrecked and then I p much stopped het shipping altogether but Piper’s a lesbian just like Alex Danver’s levels of obliviousness and compulsory heterosexuality  idk if you ever watched Guiding Light but tho I was never a soap fan Otalia stole my heart and the severe lack of f/f shipping options in Charmed +a night of too much caffeine means in the depths of my abandoned fic drafts sits the starts of a Doris Wolfe/Piper Halliwell fic
