The girl is used to witnessing the abnormal, but for once that's not what catches her attention. Its a truck bounding past her filled with howling laughter, fleeing from a lake. By the time she arrives she can just barely make out the silhouette of a person slowly descending into the water's depths. She wastes no time, dropping her bag & diving into the water, grabbing a hold of his arm & using whatever strength she can to pull him up even though she struggles against the chains tied to his legs

His heart was racing so fast and the need for air was incredibly strong, entirely depriving the dragon of his ability to think rationally. Ears popped and he kept clawing at the water, desperation rising, but he was failing. 

He was hurting.

Something grabbed a hold of his arm and pulled him. In a spur of panic, his arms shot out toward whatever had a grip on him in a rather futile, haphazard attempt at getting away. Legs kicked frantically at the chains and he flailed, basically, trying to get himself away and back up to the surface.

honestly hale wouldn’t even say anything, she’d just nuzzle you and snuggle up to you until you finally got the point. she’s not very good with using her words

The drug deal had gone wrong, so the dragon was left in a horrible mood. On the way out of the alley, he kicked over a trash can that clattered across the cement ground and dispelled its rancid contents, and loud scowls sounded from him, fueled by the deal and the obnoxious noise that the metal can made.

“Who the fuck did she think she was?” Bear’s foot struck hard against a bottle and shot it against the brick wall nearby. “Fuckin’--fuckin’ asshole--” Fists clenching at his sides, he wheeled around and kicked another glass bottle toward the mouth of the alley, watching it sail out into the sidewalk.
