We found out in Life is Strange that Victoria is a secret nerd, so my headcanon is that once upon a time she and Steph were friends who ended up fooling around and dating but eventually broke up because Victoria wanted to be popular instead.
Thus, Steph has all the dirt on how Victoria is a Big Gay Nerd and she’s just waiting for the right moment to take her down. Probably by letting Chloe in on the secret.
