Now I'm just imagining Hanzo asking McCree for shooting tips, and after this long winded explanation, just responds, 'fair' and immediately sets himself alight with the dragons.

Either that, or McCree gives the long winded explanation, Hanzo side-eyes him super hard, and says, “How long have the secrets of the Shimada clan been floating around the American Southwest, and were they ever secrets to begin with?”

For gluttony: do u think Jarvan picked up any indulgences during his time in the village, once he was removed from his upbringing?

honestly, i think a lot of his bad habits came from him joining along with the people there, just being normal people. like they’re not bad habits, they’re just things that he who is meant to be a paragonal image of the kingdom probably shouldn’t do. the first is less an indulgence but. these would be like getting lax with his formalities and manner, it was in the village i would say he gained most of his personal social skills but also became rusty on his correct usage of the many different forks and knives.

he also drank a lot more alcohol and a lot of his alcohol tolerance – which might i say isn’t exactly high but is no longer as low as it once was – was also gained him. the farming village made its own ale and wines along with their produces and game, and jarvan sampled it quite a bit when invited by others in the town to join them in the tavern. so yeah, slackened formalities and being a little looser on the alcohol, not bad just maybe a bit for a prince.

and though, this is more in line with sloth, two words: sleeping in. what a wonderous thing it is to not have strict schedules to adhere too, no drills at dawn followed by work until dusk. he could wake when he was truly rested and go to sleep when he felt the need with no fear for being berated. oh, what a glorious thing. it was hard to get out of the habit, and he misses it dearly, but it was nice while it lasted.

honestly, a lot of the indulgences he developed during his stay were just things that aren’t indulgences to normal people but they were indulgences to him. whether that be hearty home cooked foods, days offs, wandering through the village with no true aim, or trying to pick up a few skills here and there / help out where he could. cause what it comes down to, what he was really indulging in, was simplicity. his indulgences from his undisciplined time away was just being able to live normally.

So in the midst of my brain being tired and stress and not creative, I would like to ignore it by sharing that our reflections as seen (when the water stills) has officially nicked 800 kudos!!
