If i cast Irenicus's Vile Duplication while i control a Chatterfang, are the squirrels copies with flying due to how Irenicus's is worded?
Sadly no.
The token made by Vile Duplication has flying as part of its base characteristics, not as an effect applied to it post-creation. This means that there's no opportunity for the Chatterfang token to gain flying. The effect would need to say "The token gains flying" or something similar for it to apply to the squirrel as well.
