I definitely could have relied on my privilege a lot more, and I know that's what got me a restaurant at such a young age, but I hope to always stay humble. I cook when I can, and when I'm not disturbing the staff by taking over- I am technically head chef, after all. And who doesn't want as many clothes as possible?
