Why is the plant named clyde? Also what is the opinion on chatty cats?

Of course I talk to my cat. She meows at me, I meow back, she meows once more, louder and seemingly more frustrated; I may not know what we’re saying but clearly I’m making conversation.

Hi! I was just wondering why you and other artists change the skin tones of white characters to darker skin tones?

This isn’t me trying to be rude, I am just very curious as I don’t understand🫶🏻

Hi there nonny! I guess the simplest answer to that is to me those characters aren't white! In hp a lot of character descriptions are left vague aside from hair color and eye color, which leaves race up to the imagination. For me when I originally read the books I had imagined Harry as mixed with wild curly hair that never stayed in place, and was actually very disappointed when he was white in the movie! Hermione's always been latina in my mind.

So when I draw them I don't draw them as the movie portrays them or who I now know their writer meant them to be. I draw them as who they were when I loved them.
