During this quarantine as well as for about a year before I let myself fall into the horrible habit of not working out and eating just about anything I wanted. Although I’ve never really been over 125 pounds, I still have a size and weight where I’m most comfortable and where I feel the best about myself. So on May 12th I changed my lifestyle. I’m beginning another journey to become the healthy person I want to be both mentally and physically. I’ve been working out about 6 days/week so far and I’ve cut out most carbs and unhealthy foods for the time being. After the first two weeks are over I plan on incorporating some cheat days and some alcohol here and there. Overall I’m going to stick to healthy eating habits and working out at least 5 days a week.
