Day 4
Well, I’d like to say that I kept the momentum going and did something awesome towards my goal today but that would be a bold face lie. Instead, I saw Beauty and the Beast twice. First I saw it in 2D, then an hour later in 3D. No regrets. That movie was great. Day 5 will have to be extra productive to make up for losing day 4.
I just ate 5 fucking anzac biscuits.... And 3/4 of a container of crackers.. And two rows of a chocolate bar. FUCK. Worth it. Now I think I’m going to go eat a bowl of vegetables so I don’t feel like a complete lard...
Ugh
Ate super good all day until I got with the hubs. Fried peach cinnamon roll. And 3 steak tacos from taco cabana 😐 it was all so delicious tho whyyyy. I've been so ravenously hungry lately I don't know why. I even took a pregnancy test cos I've just had this crazy appetite but no I'm just hungry I guess. I believe you should listen to your body and eat when it tells you to eat but eat healthy for the most part. I messed it all up today with the cinnamon roll thing. I dont even like fried desserts but the cook made it for me and I didn't wanna be an asshole. It was tasty tho I can't lie but I prob won't want another dessert type thing in awhile. So now I'm in bed hating myself also smug with a full belly and also looking at Pinterest for future food to eat haha but oh man I wanna lose weight 😛😋😅
3/11/15 Meals
Meal 1:
Smoothie with orange juice, avocado, spinach, hemp powder, and frozen pineapple
Meal 2:
1/2 burrito with chicken, pinto beans, brown rice, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and sour cream in a flour tortilla
Meal 3:
Hamburger with lettuce, red onion, bacon, ketchup, and guacamole, on a white bun
Fries
Chocolate shake
Doing some catch up on the meal journal today..
Saturday I did a photo shoot for a watch company and was absolutely pooped and sore by the end of the day. I went all out on dinner and it was so good, no regrets at all haha
Warming up a post workout frozen pizza Mike offered to bring me chipotle later So paleo. Good job. Guess today is my day off.
Day 2 Meals- 1/8/15
Meal 1: Pancakes with fruit, powdered sugar, and syrup
Meal 2:
Grilled shrimp salad with orange segments and avocado
Meal 3:
McDonalds quarter pounder hamburger
Snacks:
Processed nacho cheese and chips, 3 beers
My boyfriend and I went to a hockey game tonight, not exactly prime real estate for heath food and healthy habits. I'll do my best to get back on track tomorrow.
