Welp. Today I was still sore. Got my sleep in. About 6-7 hours ish. Got up and took a hot shower. Had the water heater replaced, so I didn't have to go to my neighbors house today! Woo.
Went with the GF and her siblings to Famous Dave's. I totally did either one or both of the following. 1. Kicked myself out of keto because BBQWTF sauce too gud. and 2. Ate too many calories because how can I not eat a whole 1/2 rack or ribs and some brisket?
Either way, I'm not sweating it. It was glorious and I'm happy. I still picked keto friendly sides so fuck you. Broccoli and those lightly bacon sprinkled green beans.
Tomorrow I'm hoping for less sore for more gym on Monday. I'm sensing another Harry Potter day with the GF. Been rewatching them in order. So we'll probably start #4 tomorrow after I wake up. Until then I'll finish work and make some money. :)
But the positive? Weighed myself last Sunday and I was 208. As of Saturday morning I'm 204.6 I'm thinking its k.
