In that scene with Theo when Liv says that she can talk to her about anything, do you think she was maybe also hinting at Theo being gay? Since she guessed it when Theo was 8. Just adding that to my list of things we were robbed of 😭😭

oh yeah totally !  i think there’s actually a gif set floating around that makes that connection, and i one hundred percent think that’s just one of many things olivia was referencing in that conversation. because obviously, theo at eight years old might not have been ready to identify or even really understand the feelings she was having at the time, at that age it’s not really something you worry about. i don’t think it’s until you’re a bit older that “coming out” really starts to become something you concern yourself over and, for some people, fear. so even though olivia didn’t think at the time that theo necessarily knew or understood what she was feeling or how she identified, liv wanted to assure her that she could talk to her about anything. she didn’t want theo to think that not talking about something important to her and to who she is was her only option. which, if you think about it, liv’s death kind of completely 180′d that  –  olivia saying theo could talk to her about anything and then no longer being there for her to talk to, i personally think that only closed theo off even more.
