I am glad that I told my roommate that I'm going to check on the elderly people around town because that made him call his 93 year old mother. Thanks to that call, she is fine. He got concerned when she didn't answer the phone. She lives far away so he had someone check on her. She had fallen and she couldn't get up. That really happens, you know. As a precaution, she's spending the night in the hospital, but she is fine. Please, check on the elderly people you know periodically, especially when there are storms, because sometimes they need some help. I'm glad that this was a happy ending. I know a lot of my followers don't have good relationships with their dads but if you kinda do make sure you check on them. I called my dad because I was sad and needed to hear someone was proud of me and he told me yesterday was really hard for him so I immediately dropped my issues to ask why because that man has never shared his feelings with me. I have been alive for 22 years and I have only seen this man cry twice. at my sister's graduation and at mine.
