today I went to the doctors and they have that form you are supposed to fill out. Well I got to the final question which was

were you verbally threatened, physically abused or sexually assaulted? Yes or No?

I left the boxes blank because I didn't know if what happened to me counted as sexual assault or not. 

It was definitely traumatizing. But it's not like the guy touched my privates.

I felt violated most definitely, but it wasn't rape.

So does it count as sexual assault if a guy grabs you and forces his mouth on yours and won't let you go. You're helpless, so shocked you can't even manage to slap him afterwards.

All you were expecting was the usual hug. That's all. You didn't have any warning at all except "I have a present for you"  

So does it count?
